I don’t know how they get the food so perfect — and this is coming from a chef! The veggies and grilled chicken are always cooked just right, and the super greens are my absolute favorite. It’s rare to find a spot where you can eat healthy, get amazing flavor, and still have your food fast. This place nails it every time!

Panda Express is always a 10/10 choice for me. In terms of quality, options and how streamlined and fast the whole thing is. This time the experience was enhanced by the very polite, professional and friendly cashier. She did a 10/10 job (I forgot to get her name, but she was working at around 1pm on a Sunday and was wearing glasses). They also had some small cups to sample some new drink being released. The whole restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and there was barely even a line because everyone was being taken care of and dispatched promptly. A location being run like a well-oiled machine! 10/10.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the Panda Express in Monrovia. I came in at 9:50 PM, just 10 minutes before closing, and was welcomed so warmly by Erick, Steven, and Alexis. Even though it was nearly closing time, they had such a professional and kind attitude.
What really impressed me was that they were out of the string beans my mom loves, and she’s vegetarian, so that’s her go-to. Instead of just saying sorry, Erick went out of his way to whip up a fresh batch of veggies right then and there. The whole team was just fantastic and made sure I left happy.
It’s rare to see that level of care and positivity so close to closing time, and it really made my night. Thanks to the whole team for such a wonderful experience! Management you are lucky to have them!

I came at lunch time. There were no beef dishes available. Mariah was my server. Do you train these people in customer service. What happened to the customer is usually right. If I request and point to the small box on the counter, I should not be corrected and told it is not a box it’s a bowl. The only reason I’m even upset is that it happened before and I would not like it to happen again. That’s what happens to seniors…they have memory problems. And to round out the entire experience there were no fortune cookies in the bag. Please speak to Mariah about her manners. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I just had uber drop off the best Panda I’ve had in a long time. Everything was fresh, hot, flavorful, hard to find eggplant tofu sometimes and this location has it and the tofu was cooked perfectly! Really made my night! Thanks again!

I have to say this location is the best. The food are taste so much better than the other Pandas. The portion is huge and we ended up take home the rest. We were greeted, helped by the friendly manager and staff. Inside is clean, parking is easy. We definitely will be back.

As soon as I took my first bite I realized why I don’t usually eat here. Most dishes seem to be dressed and spiced to please a particular kind of taste bud. Unfortunately, I have a different palate. Both their Beijing beef and the chicken breast had this overwhelming sweetness and vinegar accent. There was no subtlety. In fact it tasted like they were from a packet or made by a machine. The chow mein and fried rice were kind of sad, too–they tasted steamed not cooked in a wok. The egg roll was the best part of the meal, but then again, it didn’t have enough cabbage, celery, and cabbage. Jack in the Box makes much better egg rolls. Plus the amount of protein they give you is similar to what Chipotle puts in their burritos. Sorry Panda Express, I’ll keep you if there are no other options available. In an emergency, like when you’re stuck in an airport and all you have is an overpriced gastropub, a Mexican cantina, McDonald’s or Sbarro. In that case I will definitely go for Panda Express.

Me and my family usually go to this Panda Express, and we usually have a good experience. The food tastes good, good service, never one complaint for the last few years. Recently I went there and took their food to go. For context I ordered the orange chicken, sesame chicken, power greens, and noodles. I ate the chicken and was about to eat the veggies when I noticed a worm on my broccoli. I quickly lost my appetite. We decided to report this to the manager and he gave a nonchalant response of oh these worms stick to the broccoli sometimes. Not very concerned that this could be a health risk. How is this acceptable?

This Panda Express is very rude. They serve in FOAM containers which is bad because we cannot microwave it. It can cause cancer since it’s foam. Also the chow mein does not taste good. The noodles contain small and short pieces, it’s like eating dog food. The chef cut the chow mein into tiny pieces! Nothing is good from this Panda Express. They need to use plastic microwaveable containers instead of the foam. Poor quality from Panda Express where nothing taste good. They put small portion inside the box and charge for a high price
