Terrible customer service, they don’t bother greeting you, must be how you look. They serve your order not so happily and they change more if you’re not careful when you pay. The Asian lady at the register was rude if you ask why she’s changing you extra. She actually opened my plate and recommended food from it.

Everytime i go the portions are getting smaller , specially when the elder lady serves the food. I have to complain that I pay for entrée and its all rice with two bites of protein. Very unfair.

Bought lunch and was really looking forward to this. The orange chicken and Beijing beef was not fresh and old and the chow mein tasted like soap. Like they didn’t wash off the pan they cooked in.

There is no option to leave a 0 start review. I order online for Uber delivery and they gave me the wrong food. I called to ask to fix it or get my money back and they deny. Worker was very rude and disrespectful. And the plate I order was a mess& uncooked. Workers are horrible. DO NOT GO HERE

This was my first time going to this panda express by the Pavilions in Long Beach because I was in the area and boy let me tell you the staff was super nice. Customer service was on point and the food was hot and fresh. Panda is a little expensive but it’s my daughter’s fav so I can’t complain. I would recommend.
