I gave 2 stars on service and atmosphere because I did an uber order. But the quality was BAD. I was given old dirty broccoli in my food. They need to go through their veggies and stop being cheap (throw it out). Work on inventory and stop over ordering if you aren’t moving the product that fast. I didn’t ask for a refund because I ate around it but you charge way too much to give that kind of quality.

The owner of this location needs to check on it more. Half the time I come here (usually around 6:30 pm) for dinner they have no more white rice for the night. Tonight I came to get my whole family dinner. I spent about $80 on food. It was kinda late around 9pm, they do close at 10pm. So I had an hour before close. I went through the drive through and was told they had no more Beijing beef for the night or egg rolls. That’s fine, I changed my order around and we didn’t get the extra egg rolls. I check my order after receiving it and go inside because like usual I am missing an item. Well I am waiting for my order to be fixed a family comes in and orders Beijing beef which they had no problem making for them, the gentleman behind them orders egg rolls which they also had no problem making. So are they telling the drive through orders they don’t have what they don’t want to make? I have given this panda and many others a chance over and over. I am a panda lover. I think I will be moving away from panda and finding another chinese restaurant. There are so many more options for good Chinese out there. I recommend staying away from this hot mess of a location.

Ordered a cub meal and asked if broccoli instead of fruit was an option, they said no although it’s advertised as such. I got my meal and no fruit. Paid 75 cents extra to get honey walnut shrimp and got 4 pieces of shrimp lol

Might be the worst Panda in the south bay. Often out of things, small portions, cold entrees. Despite living just a few blocks from here I now drive down PCH to the location on Hawthorne by Best Buy instead.

I have eaten food here and I have picked up food to go at this location of Panda restaurant, several times. Yeah, they rush to serve the people who are driving through and they forget the ones lining up inside the restaurant.

Horrible. The shrimp has a long human hair , I’ll add the pictures. Probably, someone can make a mistake… so, that’s nasty but still ok. When I showed the clerks, they wanted to give me just a little box of shrimps… that food was my dinner, and they responded I already ate something… what????

It says they close at 11:00 p.m. on here. However when you get here you find out they close at 10:30. I believe this is some miscommunication between Panda Express and Google and because of it I had to drive 20 mi for absolutely no reason. As I sit here in the parking lot I see numerous cars coming only to be turned away. Who’s going to pay for wasting all these people’s time and gas??
