Just called in asking a simple question I didn’t know to be met with some.one called Ben or Vin or Tim I don’t know he doesn’t speak good English. To ask if they sold soup and he ask if I was asking for “fruit” how does fruit do anything to your job and what you sell?.. use your brain. To find out this guy is the general manager so ridiculous p.s. I spelt the word S O U P and He replied S O U P and said “I don’t know what that is I’m sorry” I was so unbelievably shock lol and told him if he can spell ? How crazy to find out that was the general manager

I ask for two hot sauces and instead got two soy sauces. Plus the chicken was burnt. Not the first time I got subpar service but it’ll be the last time. I rather go farther in order to get better service.

I placed an order for pick up (it’s quicker for me as a mom of two toddlers) so when I arrived our order was ready and we decided to sit and dine there. The service was amazing, the place was so clean and the employee refilling all the supplies while we ate was so attentive. He was a young gentlemen, I was not able to see his name tag as he was moving so quickly and efficiently. Even though he was working on his own projects he was still attentive and helping customers around him, including us. My son spilled some food on the floor and I notified him about it so no one would slip, and he was so kind and patient. He said not to worry about it, and took care of it. Loved this location. You don’t see great customer service these days and the pico Rivera location goes above and beyond for their customers.

Took the 7 people behind the counter almost 5 mins to even acknowledge me standing there. Then when my food was made the portion was tiny! My prepped food then sat there for like 3 mins with two other customers waiting to pay in front of me. I wanted to walk out so bad, but I was on my lunch and they had already waisted enough of my time. Never going to this location again. My rating truly is no stars.

It’s a really nice experience that I want to mention. Staff was nice and very helpful. They answered all our questions. I got my dish on time. When I arrived there was a long line. But the lady that was talking orders was really fast. I only want to say that rice should be cooked more and have a better taste. When I visited this place was really busy and people was taking orders to go.

The upper management here wants to make things stretch as long as possible and so the chow mein is ALWAYS mostly vegtables. Anything you get here is either burnt, overcoated, bad proportions, or just bad overall. I do not recommend this location. Sometimes I give it another try and think they wont let me down but jesus over the last 4 years its just been bad every time. Stop giving people bad food. Every other panda express does an amazing job but this location really knows how to screw up.

i wanted double chow mein and grilled teriyaki chicken. they gave me something WAY different the guy did not understand what i was talking about. i felt like i was talking to a wall, i was very patient with him and luckily the other workers there were helpful enough.
