Ordered delivery and I called to make sure I got teriyaki sauce with my order and didn’t get it. I ended up having to go to a local store to purchase a sauce. Also, I’m not sure what happened to the chow mein. It is usually good, but today I got 80% cabbage and a few noodles thrown in. The price doesn’t justify the small amount of food.

Yesterday my bf and I came a little before 8pm to order some food and the first guy who first started taking our order was very nice, but the other girl who stepped in (I think her name was Marlene because she checked me out at the register and that was the name on the receipt) was so rude. I felt her attitude right away (I thought I was trippin at first so I ignored it) when she asked if we were getting anything else. I unfortunately had to have her serve me and I say that because she had this mean look on her face the entire time she was serving me and I get having a bad day because I work in customer service but damn that attitude was not it. Anyway before the other guy could even finish packing my bf’s plate, she rushed me to check out at the register with her. But the part that really annoyed me was when she started talking down to and arguing with the first guy who started serving us, right in front of us. She was being so rude to him and talking to him crazy and making all these mean aggressive faces, literally arguing with him. Like damn go take a 10 with that attitude. I was shocked and mad for the guy for having to deal with that. The guy’s service was great, super polite. Hers was terrible honestly.

This Panda is ok. What makes it ordinary is the lack of fresh food out later in the day. This location is very well kept and clean. Staff is fairly attentive. You should have better luck during busier times of day when the demand for fresh food is there.

They were kind of rude to my mom. My brother is VEGAN. My mom was told to get spring rolls for my brother & they are supposed to be vegan… (According to Google). They were rude to my mom & said that they cook the Spring Rolls together with all the other meat food products (whatever meat products that is…), so we were pretty disappointed. They can easily do & use cleanlier methods, but whatever it’s okay this time.
I ordered the usual… Orange chicken & fried rice . Like usual. I always end up liking the rice more than the chicken. For some reason I only like their orange chicken when it starts getting cold. Idk. Something about the tanginess of the orange chicken with the heat makes it unappetizing to me. That’s just me though. I do prefer to get Chinese food from more authentic places, but Panda Express is always eventful. Especially when it comes to fast-food.

The dishes seem always fresh. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Parking located right in front. Complex is difficult to enter from Hawthorne coming from North. You have to go around the corner to PCH and take a right to enter. Be aware that as per sign, at some times, during the day right turn is restricted.

I just went here before they closed. Of course they ran out of more than half of the menu, but I understand, it’s closing time. I really liked how kind the employees are, especially the manager and the server who worked 7/14 8:40-50 pm should get a special thanks.

I go here often, because they always have what you want, that of course, if it’s not near closeing time. But if you want chicken, they got you on the teriyaki chicken!
