Then the real fun began. They were out of fried rice (shocker), along with several other basics. They did have chow mein, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken—bare minimum, I guess.
After waiting about 5 minutes, a second lady finally approached. I asked for fried rice (knowing full well this location is chronically understocked and always makes people wait for fresh batches). She told me to wait. Fine, I said, because I’ve been here before and I know the drill.
Three people lined up behind me, all waiting for fried rice too. Then I watched her serve THEIR orders first—full trays, handed out with smiles—while I stood there like an idiot with nothing. When I politely asked why my order wasn’t being handled before theirs, she hit me with the most condescending attitude: “I didn’t even take your order.”
Excuse me?
I asked to speak to the manager. I never seen you here before. First time, she mumbled something under her mask and ignored me. Second time, louder, she finally said, “I AM the manager.”
I asked her straight up: “What do you think about the way you’re treating me and handling my order?” She didn’t even look up—just kept scooping food for the next person like I wasn’t standing right there.
At that point I told her I was going to write a very “nice” review and asked for her name. She mumbled something that sounded like “Denima” (or maybe Denisha? Who knows, she didn’t care enough to speak clearly), then casually dropped, “Anyway, this is their last week open.”
This situation is not only unacceptable in terms of quality but also raises serious health and sanitation concerns. I am requesting a full refund for my purchase and would appreciate a response addressing how this issue will be resolved to prevent it from happening again.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
