Jim( name on receipt) young skinny short guy is really extremely rude. We came in 1/10 at 9pm and he was the one helping us and he wasn’t really welcoming and no smile. Literally tossed are receipt. I normally never complain cuz I hate to be that person but he was really unprofessional and I feel like it should be addressed. Good spot for a quick Chinese fix. The food is always hot and freshly prepared. The staff will move you down the line relatively quickly. I think comparatively, this location is better than other Panda Express locations in LA. The space is clean and modern looking. Plenty of free parking in the adjacent parking lot.

i ordered almost $200 worth of food today (10/28/21) appx 12:20pm from this store. They didn’t include any utensils or napkins to the order! When I called the manager “Dalia” answered and while explaining my issue she hung up on me! The store is 10 minutes away so i decided to drive and personally talk to Dalila I wanted to see who answers the phone so i called a few more times and dalia answered them all! when i asked her why she hangs up on me she made up excuses i stead of apologizing and giving me some utensils i didn’t use profanity or raise my voice with dalia! why would she treat me this way? will never ever come here again!!!
