Dining at Panda Express was, in its own way, an instructive experience. From the perspective of my home country, the cost of the meal might well summon a red carpet and the treatment reserved for nobility. Yet setting aside such economic contrasts, what I encountered was a satisfying and thoughtfully prepared plate of food.
The seasoning was judicious—balanced enough to honor the spice without overwhelming the palate. The broccoli beef had a pleasant earthiness, the famed orange chicken delivered its characteristic tangy-sweet bite, and the additional chicken entrée rounded out the “bigger meal” with generosity. I must note, however, that the chow mein could aspire to greater refinement; its texture and depth left room for improvement.
Pragmatically, the absence of chopsticks, leaving only the utilitarian fork, felt like a small cultural omission. Nonetheless, the portion size was ample, the flavors coherent, and the overall impression was one of satisfaction.
In sum, Panda Express may not drape its diners in ceremony, but it does serve a meal that is hearty, accessible, and—at moments—surprisingly well considered.

I love panda a lot. I usually buy noodles or Choi M with super greens, but I have observed that when we’re in line, the Hispanics who serve the food give a lot of food to their people than the rest of other people who are not their kind.
The food isn’t for free. We pay for it. If it was for free, I wouldn’t bother at all. It just hurts that food we pay for, you don’t get the same quantity giving to other race. This is wrong and it has to come to an end. If you doubt me, you can check your camera footage. Apart from the location at Citadel Mall, CA, there’s this particular one on MARYLAND PKWY just before Sea food city , diagonally across the street close to Flamingo St in Las Vegas, NV which does the same thing. This observation has been made by me for almost a year. Guys, this generation doesn’t want this. Please stop.

Service – the service was fast and friendly. The representative was nice with how she carried herself. At that time they didn’t have water so she offered a small drink as complimentary.
Quality – the food was warm and at a great temperature. The food also was season correctly. I ordered the big plate which comes with 2 entrees and 1 side. The orange chicken was good, lo mein was amazing and the super greens were also good.
Cost – the price of the plate was less than 12$ in which made me happy. I was able to eat at a low cost. It is definitely budget-friendly.

Quick service! Chow mien, kung bao chicken, cream cheese rangoon were all nice. Orange chicken had so much batter. But I must say, everything was well fried. Vegetable spring roll was really crispy as well, but not a fan of the slimy fillings.

I’ve eaten in a few Panda Expresses in the past and they’ve always been okay, this one was the exception, it was poor
The food wasn’t very warm, the Orange Chicken tasted burnt, the Beef and Broccoli was mainly BIG pieces of raw Broccoli
The only thing that was good was the Coke Cola (as that came in a Bottle )
There’s lots of other Eateries at the Citadel Outlet so you might want to give those a try instead

I suspect the dishes were not cleaned at all and were fried directly. The hygiene is not good. The staff in the restaurant do not wear masks. When communicating with customers, there are dishes underneath, which inevitably makes people drool.

Just got done eating my lunch at Panda Express in the Food Court of Citadel Mall. The pros were the same as always great orange chicken and others like broccoli beef. Food was served fairly quickly even though lunch rush is insane. Only problem is, it was cold and stale from sitting out, I think they need to work on keeping it fresh. Their machine that makes the chow mein doesn’t work so well either.
