Placed the order said it would be ready by 8:18pm. Got here after now the time is 8:32pm. I keep hearing one of the ladies call out to the chef need greens for a order took him. 15min to even get those green finally got my order 8:35pm

went to this location one hour before closing with my daughter and husband , knowing that they will still have their station full . When we got there they only had one station with only 4 entrees available and just rice and chow mien 2 of the entrees from there were already looking old , they told me if I wanted the other entrees I had to wait 20-25 mins .. they were already cleaning the other station where the other entrees were . I was so dissatisfied and disappointed that we just decided to leave. In the end I ordered it because it was too late to order anywhere so I ordered online so they maybe make an exception to make our food but they just made adjustments. after when I picked up the order they told me if I want some free plates that were made for a door dash order because it was never picked up . So I accepted so I can give it to someone in need… when I got home and opened up my order I realized the changes , instead of the items I ordered it was replaced for it was replaced with Kun pao chicken (string bean & mushroom chicken)… i thought that they would make them after I ordered it online but they didn’t. They just put the items they had left in the steam table and didnt make the items we had ordered online .. I never thought they would do this …i was so disappointed with the order …

The panda express is right across from the Starbucks and it has plenty of parking in the lot. When you are craving quick and easy in the area, this is a good panda to go to. If you’re like me and you haven’t been to Panda Express in a few years, you should know that they no longer do samples, which seems really common after COVID.

I tried ordering online and the website didn’t work so I just went in to order. They do a good job with customer service in person and keeping everything clean and as fresh as possible. For example, they ran out of “super greens” broccoli and instead of pulling another pre-made tray from the back, they let me know it would be a few minutes for a new batch to be made.

The cabbage (or at least I think it was cabbage?) was pretty soggy and overall the food was very heavy. I got one of the last 3 chicken egg rolls and it tasted like it had been sitting there for a while, and it was so dry I needed about 4 of the sweet & sour packs to be able to eat it. While I’m really glad they have a vegan option, the Beyond Original Orange Chicken had a very unusual soggy chewy consistency and wasn’t even close to the original in my book. I was going to get the beef & broccoli, but it looked very unappetizing in the tray (the beef looked gray) so I went with the asada steak instead.

If you’re not used to eating fast food, this won’t sit well with you either.

Every time I come here it’s a horrible , they never give you what you pay for I asked for beef and broccoli honey walnut shrimp and chow main.
I don’t expect an overloaded plate but at-least what Im paying for.
I asked for beef and broccoli literally WHERE is the beef.
and I live 15 minutes away to even come back Just to make a complain over it.

my bf got the same he wanted bajen beef but it wasn’t ready, he asked for beef and broccoli instead and he was able to see when the girl served his plate and he asked for more meat because it only had one little piece of beef Just as the first picture ! The girl looked at him with a face got a little tiny piece ( just one ) and through it in like whattttt .?!

12/22/23 they forgot my chicken teriyaki today I called and no answer! I tried 4 x before leaving this review.

Its good but for $13 they need to fill up the tray hook us up like at beverly hills man. We need to eat too.

Manager Mario super slow… the line was all the way out the door. And it super sunday were majority of the people are home watch8ng the game…the portions are getting smaller. And when asked for the sesame seeds on the side was denied by the cashier.

Great service for a rainy day. It was busy too. Before i stepped in and even opened the door, I could smell a whiff of the spiciness of compound chicken and the smell of teriyaki chicken. My little daughter kept saying welcome along with every other Panda Associate. It was cute.

i didn’t want to believe that this location was so bad based off of the other reviews but they were right. the girls behind the counter did not provide the best service and really made the line slow and out the front door. i eventually made my way to order and they were half paying attention to the customers and half not paying attention. the orange chicken was the only part in the plates ordered that was not cold. sadly, i did not notice until i had left the premises because the lobby and outside dining area are both locked and closed off to the public. i will check my food before i pay if i choose to visit in the future and i will ask for fresh food on the next order if there is one. this was very low quality compared to other panda express locations i have been to in the past.
