The girl taking my order and dishing up my food was rude, she seemed like I was bothering her. The lady that helped me cash out did not give me my eight dollars in change. I went and got silverware, and then realized that I didn’t have my change, I went back and now she said the guy who can open the drawer is in the bathroom.So it’s gonna be several more minutes. I’ve been here for over twenty minutes I won’t come back.

The food was hot even when I came at 8:30 pm, 1.5 hrs before closing. Left half a plate of fried rice and the fabulous staff offered to have freshly fried rice for me. This is service excellence. He could simply asked me to choose chow mein. Instead he chose to go the extra mile. A very positive experience. All the service staff were positive, smiling and simply happy to serve. I will come back again.

Its panda, food all tastes the same no matter what one you go to. I like this one though because of the location. Its convenient for me. Called to ask what the holiday hours are though for Christmas Eve and the guy picking up the phone spoke a different language and not spanish. I was passed off to some girl. I asked about the hours, she told me and then hung up. Not pleasant at all. Love the attitude! I was going to make a purchase from them today but not any more. No need to be rude for the holidays by a simple question

Yeah the portions are ridiculous for what you pay & the food is just ok at best. So disappointing & wont be back after this last visit. My “sides” were 3 times the size of the “entree’s” & my large al carte was smaller than a 1 entree & 1 side “bowl”. I understand the price of everything is going up & up but this was not worth it at all. The drink was really good though!

It’s Chinese fast food, so this review is based on that. I love their food, especially the Super Greens (the only way I’ll eat brocolli). The staff are always super friendly. This is a great Panda Express.

Food is great!! And most the staff bar one are nice. The lady that let’s the whole team down is so rude with such a bad attitude. A real example of someone who should not be in a customer facing role. Such a shame as everyone else is helpful and the food is great. Looking forward to the new site opening so we can go there instead and avoid her.
