This PANDA RESTAURANT has the most arrogant workers. They will not admit when they mess up an order they will blame you every time and apparently white rice is considered an entree we order a three plate combo with orange chicken and all we got was one dinky scoop of orange chicken the rest of it was all sides and they over charged us and then had the audacity to not even apologize for misunderstanding the order.

9/23/2025 Update – 5 Stars! All 5!
Wow panda! You’ve turnes things around! We love your new chef- whoever was cooking around 7:30pm 9/23, please give them a raise! I haven’t had this wonderfully seasoned food for a while My complements to the chef!

4.25.2025 Update – 1 star
So they changed their cook. And this cook is using the broccoli stems (which is kitchen trash, not supposed to be used in cooking) in Angus Beef Stir Fry?! $1.25 for me to eat hard- to-chew broccoli stems?
Everything is under-seasoned today. Just as you think – well, Kungpao chicken, no way they can screw this one up… The chicken is cooked with low-medium heat and tastes like the eraser I found in the conner of my backpack from middle school. Do Better, Panda, We’re Watching You.

As a frequent customer we know your crew has changed – hence the reduced amount of food. This is not a honest way to run business, certainly not sustainable either. Will not be visiting again.

The 3 item serving is the best bang for your buck. Many excellent selections that are freshly prepared and tasty. Good quality and quantity. 13 dollars . Very clean and quiet.

Food was good. However i can agree with previous posts of not recieving food ordered and them inflating prices at there discression. I have also noticed if you don’t round your change you get a largly reduced amount of food and often a missed or incorrect order.

“Great” Chinese? No. Consistent, good tasting food? Yes! Panda’s fried rice is solid (I’d remove the carrots if I were in charge and add pork but I’m not in charge). Chicken and mushrooms – way too much zucchini but overall, good flavor. Orange chicken? Tasty and most importantly, consistent. I don’t want to go somewhere that tastes different each and every time. And in today’s economy, the price is right. Their large soda, beware, is indeed large! Again, not a Michelin 5 Star restaurant but 5 stars for taste, consistency and price with good service.

I like their convenient location and friendly service. They are prompt and will go extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your order. If they don’t have my favorite item ready, I am willing to wait a few minutes for a fresh batch to be prepared. Shout out to Millie for exceptional customer service!

Seriously you can’t make this up, her name is Malu. She was scooping food, but the kid who was ringing me up, clearly he was using the register for the first time, hard to blame him, he’s just trying to learn, he was doing some things wrong and she was helping him fix it, and then he gives me my food after a while, and I’m sitting in the drive-through, he shuts the door, I’m thinking he’s about to make my drink, and he doesn’t, eventually he comes to the window and says is that everything sir, and I said no I’m still waiting on the drink,
And Malu comes up and said you didn’t order a drink
I politely replied, yes I did,
She said it’s not on your receipt,
I said, just cause it’s not on the receipt, it doesn’t mean that I didn’t order it,
When the kid was taking my order, I asked him for a regular soda, and I thought it was weird, because he responded with this,
“We don’t have regular, we have small medium and large”
I thought it was funny, and I told him medium, and then I went up to the window
Now, back to Malu. She says I didn’t order it, I said yes I did
She said no you didn’t,
I said yes I did
I felt like it was a childish game at this point,
How hard is it at this point just to be like hey, we forgot to add this to the order, I’ll add it right now, I’ll go ahead and swipe your card for the difference… Now can you just pull around to the front so we can keep the drive-through line going,
That’s all it takes!
But you can tell Malu was having a bad day, and she was trying to take it out on someone, I get it, maybe fast food is hard.
But I understand why this place has awful reviews now
I thought it was unusual at first, but it makes sense
Malu after the back-and-forth said, “move from the drive-through or I’m calling the cops”
The craziest part about it, is I didn’t even refuse to move from the drive-through in the beginning. She was just upset from the beginning for some reason.
Malu is incredibly rude.
When she was freaking out on me, I looked at her name tag, and took a mental note of it, I’ll be writing a survey through panda express website.
It was so funny when I looked at her name tag, she shouted her name at me and said “go right ahead”
The whole situation was awful, I felt completely disrespected by this her.

Customer service was rude, forgot some of our order, laughed at the name that was given for the order, and no fortune cookies. There were 3 young ladies working at the registers. We were there around 3 and were literally the only customers in the store so it was just very upsetting. We spent almost $40 just to not enjoy our food and theres nothing we can do about it now because the time we noticed we were home .
