The food is way too sweet including the spicy options. The rice is dry and the peas are hard (uncooked). The kung pao chicken tasted undercooked so avoided.. I felt sick after eating it. Either I don’t get the hype around panda express or this franchise is awful. The only redeeming aspect was the service was quick and the location is convenient. Won’t be back though as food is not great…

They apologized on the tray that they ran out of white rice and gave her fried rice . If they would’ve called we would’ve told them “no fried rice she’s allergic to some of the things inside of that rice “. So my wife wasn’t able to eat her meal, THEN my plate had hard Chow Mein noodles , like they’ve been sitting for a very long time . I will NEVER go back to this panda .

Visited this location during the busy lunch rush and got to watch the staff while waiting in line. The staff was so professional and always smiling and accommodating even when customers were indecisive and seemingly held up the line. Kudos to the young staff for showing how customer service is done right!

The Panda Express in the Joe Crowley Student Union is a good stop for food. Hours are a little limited, and service is a tiny bit slow even when there isn’t that much of a rush. That said, food was good and staff were friendly! Worth a stop for a meal.
