Ordered the big plate with beef and broccoli, grilled chicken, and walnut honey shrimp with 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 chow mien. Firstly, the food wasn’t hot, the chicken was cold and undercooked. Horrible texture. And way too much of it. Not enough shrimp at all. Everything was just bad, didn’t get to eat much of it because it wasn’t very good. So disappointed. Food is getting so expensive and it’s not worth it. I had a craving haven’t had panda in awhile, and it was a big let down. I definitely won’t go back to this location

I used to love this Panda Express. It has gone seriously down hill. I usually order on the app, I always order String Bean Chicken and Mushroom Chicken for delivery. For the last 3 months, when I order String Bean Chicken, I receive something else entirely different. Last time, they gave me Orange Chicken. The time before that, I have no idea what chicken they gave me, but it definitely wasn’t what I ordered. I tried calling the store to ask if they even have what I’m requesting before I place my order, but after a whole automated menu and then phone transfer to the location, it hung up after only 2 4ings saying no one was available to take a call. No voice mail, no nothing. This place is lame. What a waste of time and money. A corporation as big as Panda Express can’t even update their app to reflect current menu options??? Pulease. Rolling my eyes and hating the fact that I’ve wated my money here.

Fast, clean, and I was told it was good by the kids.
If you are GF…you can have soda, water, and white rice…so you know.
But, the kids wanted it… So… This is based on them for the food and me on the experience.
The kids got bowls, it’s like one side and one entree. One kid got considerably less orange chicken than the other, ergo, back in to balance things out.
The staff member that served her told her that it was a scoop and that’s how they measured it, so she got a fair amount, and that was that. (It was like 5 pieces vs. like 12) So, she ended up buying another side because she doesn’t want to argue.
Other than that transaction, it was an overall good experience.

The servings here have gone really tight. Used get value for what you pay now they just give you a scoop that’s not even full. They like to round up your total for donations for their own tax write offs in the expense of the generosity of their customers. I will be stop going to panda, you should too.

I ordered a online order for 445 and they had it ready at 430, it was fine. Where they out of meat today? 10-22 my beef broccoli had one peice of beef and my black pepper steak thing had no steak??. I have pictures i just cant post them. I didnt eat all day and was like yk what I need panda.. then I got distracted and forgot about it until I remembered I was hungry.. I went to open it and had alot of rice and chowmain but barley any of the other things I asked for. I did get alot of broccoli and mushrooms tho lol next time ill just have to check also the broccoli tasted like they washed the pan right before cooking the broccoli bc some of it tasted really bad

I ate here on 01/01/2026 and had food poisoning with in 6 hours! Please be aware this place is obviously not doing something right. I ate honey shrimp and the mushrooms chicken with noodles.

Just stopped in food. Had to wait a bit for fresh orange chicken. Employee’s were nice. I watched the cooks, cook thier butts off. It was the best Panda I ever had! Was su0et busy and the staff was killing it!

My daughter will only eat the crab rangoon. We’ve been getting them all over the place for many years. My daughter had been very Ill and hadn’t eaten very much for several days. After we got out of the ER she finally had an appetite so I scrounged enough to get her some of her favorite food. When I ordered them I noticed they were burnt in the bowl, so I asked if they could make new ones. I was told they “all had the same cooking time ” so they’d always look that way. I said, well that’s odd because we’ve never purchased burnt food in any other store in the past. So they “made new ones” but they were just as burnt as the first batch, except for a few that were perfect which of course negated their excuse. Why would you choose to tell a customer “oh our food is always burnt because we’d rather you think we’re inept rather than just make a batch correctly”?
Anyways, I’ll choose not to return to this location as I’ve never had problems at any other location before.
