There is plenty of clean spacious parking. We went at a busy hour. The employees were super mega great. Everyone working together as a team. Welcoming customers as they were walking in. Food looked and tasted fresh. Portions have gotten a bit scars for its high prices. But overall I would recommend. Especially with the reward program that is offered. I would just keep tabs on your points as I had not been given my rewards on kne occasion.

In summary, this is an excellent location with a highly efficient staff who truly deserve recognition. While there was a bit of a wait, it’s evident that they are accustomed to handling a busy crowd. This team is putting in significant effort to ensure the success of this establishment.
Upon entering, the organization was apparent but slightly overwhelming with approximately 50 people in line to order. The staff did an excellent job managing this by forming clear lines, taking orders in both Spanish and English, and efficiently preparing them down the line, avoiding the need to repeat orders. When you reach the register, they verify your name, hand over your order, and there’s a convenient exit door nearby. Overall, their performance was commendable.
Parking did not seem to be an issue, and there should be ample space available.
This location is kid-friendly and offers what you’d expect from most fast-food restaurants in terms of accommodating children.
Wheelchair accessibility is excellent, with handicap parking, easy sidewalks, and no notable obstacles apart from other guests and tables. If it’s particularly busy, it might be more convenient to have someone else go inside, but everyone is certainly welcome.

My fiance and I dealt with the manager Maria whose attitude and customer service was terrible. I called prior due to my order being incorrect and was told to bring in the receipt and they would replace my food. Once I arrived she viewed the receipt and began to state that it wasn’t there responsibitly and question as if we hadn’t called, verified and been told to grab the meal . She started to get rude taking other customers in front of us and walking off. She finally came back one last time and said she was not goin to honor it. I asked for her name and she very rudely replied Maria. I love Panda Express. I eat here often even working at one in Ohio. I do not like how I was treated tonight. That is no way to treat a customer.

This Panda location is great. The line at times gets long but they have the staff to handle it and move it quickly. Everyone seems to enjoy what they a e doing and has great service. I drive past 2 pandas to come to this location! Thank you for healthy fast quality food!

I walked in ordered my food which was a kids meal the lady had the audacity to only put one small scoop of chow Main followed up by only putting a small scoop of rice and a not even a decent amount of teriyaki. I also ordered another kids meal not even a decent amount of orange chicken and was greedy with the chow main. This was all followed up by me purchasing a whole family Meal. Ridiculous .

You guys suck for so many reasons. Your teriyaki chicken is fatty, gross and questionable You are notoriously SLOW. And not even accurate. Karla good thing I caught your disorganized switch of my expensive shrimp entree and someone else’s broccoli beef. But I can’t understand how that irritated you so much so that you fill my replacement with half. We expected slow here, not poor customer service. I’m calling corporate on this and thanks for the free replacement of shrimp!!
