All of my food was undercooked. Hopefully I do not get sick. As a cook you need to not rush. People don’t mind waiting for good food. It’s better to take your time with the food and make it high quality than it is to be as quick as you can and serve someone gross food that can potentially make them sick. Make the food the way that you would make it for yourself.

I think I just give up on this location. I tried again with this panda and ordered $42 worth of food for my family. Just to come home and sit at the dinner table with nasty looks on my families faces. Updated photo is a picture of the food in the trash where it belongs. I HIGHLY warn EVERYONE to stay CLEAR from this panda unless you want to be stuck in the bathroom for several days. These people are disgusting. Chicken sour, beef raw, rice hard, shrimp old, all food cold. I called to get a refund but she wants me to bring the food back. But it’s already in the trash where it should be. I guess I’ll just take the $42 loss and you guys can have your karma. The pictures do not lie. STAY AWAY!

i went there yesterday and order family meal and some extra boxes spent more then $52.00 and went home and open the boxes. one box was not even half took picture and going to attach with this review so be careful guys they ripped u off make sure u open the boxes and check before u go home

I can’t understand why they moved out of this location and moved over here. A long time ago, this area was empty. Panda Express had its original location next to the FedEx post office and Carl’s Jr. So why do they move here anyway? It’s unnecessary for them to move to a different location across the street. While the inside looks nice, it feels out of place and ‘non-existent.’
Better be to remodel this restaurant and change it to a clinic, and change the way it was before. And I don’t eat Panda Express; my parents eat Panda Express but I don’t. The area around this location will never be the same again.

Eff this place . I went in today OCTOBER 28th at 415 pm and they completely “forgot” to give me my other bag of food AND receipt .
Called to see what I can do and Nick wasnt helpful at all , if anything he was rude and raised his voice at me over the phone .
Perhaps he wouldn’t have done that if it was a male speaking .
Oh, and they also have gotten my order wrong the 3 past times I’ve been there .

I ordered honey walnut shrimp but they gave me beef and broccoli. I wouldn’t have minded if they only charged me for the beef and broccoli but they did charge me for the honey walnut! And that’s even more money. Better locations on the East side read the reviews don’t go to this one.

What can I say. We Panda once a week. Nice being recognized by staff. New location has a much larger, brighter dining area.
Don’t make the mistake of using the drive thru to pick up a pre-order. They’re always waiting on something to replenish…you’ll be in line forever and can’t turn around. Besides…they’ll give you a free soft drink inside while you wait!
