The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked! The veggies were crisp, the fried rice had great texture, and the noodles were seasoned just right. Portion size was generous, and everything was hot and satisfying. Great spot for a quick, tasty meal — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I wet to that locación W tropicana ave 89103 worst experience ever.. i order a family meal ..but I’m just tired of pay for that and when i get home and open those containers are halfway fill.. rice and chowmain ok full but the entrees are not.. i was observing the girl and she put only 2 scoops on a box and i show them ..ah and i asked for soy sauce and hot sauce she only put 2 soy ..that’s it for a family meal no hot sauce ..

I can hear 12/8/24 12:45pm. Delia the manager of all people! So went in here and got a big plate 2 entrees and a side. I asked for fresh orange chicken. So I paid for my food and when I got my plate and got home this girl still gave me the old orange chicken that I said I didn’t want! Horrible customer service and of all people the manager Delia still have me the orange chicken I will never ever come back here again nor will I ever recommend to my friends or family. Maybe reconsider who you put as manager Delia is not trust worthy

Well this is a fast food place with no drive thru!! Food is ok, location is sometimes fill with homeless and drug users around, Ladies walking down the strip too!!!! Well who knows their style of life or problems, going back to the restaurant from the minute you walk in they salude you in a way too Fake!!! Lol pls be a little natural and not to much, also was no body behind me and a guy behind the counter was in a hurry to sell me everything!!!!’ The whole restaurant with employees I guess, At least let people read the menú!!!!! Also at the time to pay the cashier don’t hand you back your order even if he have your credit card in his hand!!’ Makes me feel like i was gonna run with their food with out paying!!! Please don’t do that! If you have customers credit card in your hands, at least be faster and don’t embarrassing your self, to the owners, don’t tell your employees to push drinks or more food and gave us time to think!!!!! What we wanna eat or order!!!

I have a huge problem with places that don’t give consistent portions. Portions for chicken teriyaki is 1.5 pieces sometimes, 1 piece other times….and it’s not because some are so much bigger than others. It’s just who’s serving you.

This was my first time at this particular location. I got my usual Fried Rice, beef and broccoli, and orange chicken.
The first thing I noticed was the egg roll looked extra crispy. See the picture. I should have waited for them to make a fresh batch, but I didn’t know for sure if it would be worth the wait. I normally like their egg rolls, but I can’t eat this one.
Also, the fried rice looks good, but it tastes burnt. I have never had a problem with fried rice from any other location.
My wife says her chicken from her teriyaki chicken is more fatty than normal. She says in general, something is off and doesn’t taste quite right.
I think from now on, I will stick with the South Rainbow location.

I asked for a sample, they don’t give samples, they said because of Covid, yet they had multiple unclean tables. I asked for fresh honey walnut shrimp, he said it would be a while. Yet as soon as we sat down they put out fresh honey walnut shrimp. I asked for our table to be cleaned, and the guy scowled at me. First and last visit!
