Placed an online order and I had to wait longer than my pickup time as the kitchen had to cook a new batch of chicken, which is fine. However, the problem is that when I opened my order I only was given five pieces of chicken, and the box was not as full as my same order has been previously. Why was I given so few pieces of meat if the kitchen had JUST made a whole new batch? I feel ripped off.

Food was old & bad quality for 1145am. The in-person who came up to us for the order was confusing & then walked away. Wish the district manager had contact info cause I’ve never seen the food this way at this location. The shrimp wasn’t cleaned and it smelt horried.

It was extremely busy and I just wanted to say that the staff did everything they could to make sure everyone ate warm delicious food tonight against all odds. It’s not fun to wait a long for your food but customers need to understand that when the store is packed there’s going to be a wait. It was surprising to see the employees still serve food with a smile while incompetent customers were yelling and spewing lies just to cut in front of those who were actually waiting long for their food. Not saying it was everyone but there were a few that really tested the closing crew tonight and they handled it extremely well. My food was delicious by the way, very high quality panda.

This panda used to be my favorite in the area, however the last couple to go orders at lunch time have been disappointing. One of the times my string bean chicken was burnt and this time they gave me all white rice in my bowl instead of ½ rice and ½ chow mein. I will not be ordering lunch here anymore especially because they have the order ready before the selected time and still cannot get it right. The Stephanie location is definitely the one to go to over College.

Order “chow mien” but receive no noodles, just vegetables. Order was placed around 8:30pm, a hour and a half before closing. Poor quality, no reason this should’ve been served.

Terrible service, the employees got my order completely wrong, and when I went back to get it fixed they refused to help until I got irritated. When I first went in I was polite, but own your mistakes.
