I recently ordered a plate with two entrees and one side. I added a side of power greens. The fried rice was very good, but not as warm as I would have liked. The power greens were excellent and healthy. The orange chicken was flavorful but some of the chunks were more coating than chicken. The teriyaki chicken was nicely cooked, but had too much garlic. I prefer teriyaki chicken without the garlic taste. The service was average. The rice and the greens made up for the deficits in the chicken.

I found hair in my food and the manager refused to give me my money back. Health violation and I was being respectful. No reason to not get a full refund. Calling corporate.

We did the drive-through tonight and the food was awful. They said it would take three extra minutes which wasn’t a big deal for the super green so we waited, but when we got home, they were cold. The portions were smaller than they’ve ever been. I don’t know if it was because it was late But we are not impressed. Try harder next time panda

I ordered at the drive thru and got stuck in the line for almost half an hour. I ended up just leaving. Called the manager and told him I wanted to make a complaint to his supervisor. His response was he wasn’t allowed to give out the higher ups contact information, he said he would take my name, number and email down complete joke. Unacceptable and unprofessional customer service.

I don’t recommend this location at all. I hate giving 1-star reviews, but Panda Express (in my opinion) is mediocre at best, but when it’s coupled with lackluster service and a messy lobby it makes it 10-times more egregious.
My recent visit wasn’t great. The Staff didn’t have it together and the server was struggling to get simple orders correct. The lobby was kinda mess and it wasn’t that busy. Also the bathrooms were not to the highest standard.
As mentioned the food was “ok”, but that’s not a reason to go by.
Update: Had to go again last night. It still is not great. I wish I could do negative stars.

Worst Panda on the Westside, hands down. Every time I go there, I’m told they are out of whatever I order. When you cant keep teriyaki chicken prepped, you have a problem. If I were this stores owner I’d be asking: why is this location filled with inept staff?

This wasn’t my favorite visit, I’ve had better. I agree with the other reviewers that the girls working here could use some customer service training and etiquette. Also, the last couple of times I came to this location, I noticed that the food was lukewarm. It seemed like the staff was struggling a bit to keep up with orders, even though there weren’t a lot of customers. I have a feeling that this location is going downhill. The portions were good size though, I’ll give them that at least.

Asked for extra chili packets, was given 2 with about 10 packets of soy sauce when I specifically asked for “2”, and got tons of other unnecessary sauces that I did not request! Never coming back! Staff is rude and unwelcoming

It is off the main road with a few turns to make to get to it. Not a lot of people were there, so they gave me the burnt old stuff and forgot my drink. I like Panda, but this location is sub-par.
