Went there after work last week at 9:00pm (1hr and 30min) before they close (10:30). I drove up to the window to order honey walnut shrimp and to that said they were out of honey walnut shrimp. This is not a problem and I have sympathy for fast food workers. The issue was that I heard them whispering and giggling after I said “that’s ok I’ll get something else”. When I pulled up to the window she was rude and very short with. I came again the following week 2 hours before they close just hoping things would be different but they said the same thing, and it was the same rude girl. Naturally, I was angry and drove off. I then ordered through online pick up for honey walnut shrimp and guess what…they weren’t out of it so they lied and were making fun of me on both occasions. Not to mention the food quality was horrendous. My chow mein was all onions and my boyfriend’s beef and broccoli was all broccoli. I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless she gets fired. This isn’t the type of service I received at other locations and certainly not the quality of food I received at other locations either.

This store is incompetent when it comes to online orders and having to have doordash pick it up. This is my 4th time ordering for delivery and I’ve had 3 dashers go any wait for about 20 for an order that was placed almost 50mins ago. 2 dashers said they could not find my order, then finality they did n tried to make it but was still taking 15 mins more wait time. I tried calling 5 times to have no one answer the telephone. I suppose it’s better to go and order in-store or drive thru. But if you’re a busy hospital worker like me, I get off work n feel like relaxing with some hot food to be delivered. Ugh im livid with this stores online pickup ordering system.

The wait was really long and they didn’t get my order to me until I drove around to ask about it again, I was upset at first but the manager definitely helped. She got my order out right away offered a drink or appetizer and even refunded my order. This was shocking but I really did appreciate that she even did that, I wasn’t expecting it. So the experience may have been not so great but the manager definitely made up for it. Thanks to her for being on top of it I know it was hectic but I appreciate that she understood my frustration and wasn’t rude.

We went today, Monday, at 8:30 PM and all the trays were empty. They barely had anything left. I do not understand why they stay open until 10:00 PM if they are not going to have any variety available. In addition, there were about eight employees standing around, simply watching to see what I was going to order instead of preparing more food. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I will not be returning to this location.

Hello,

I am writing to formally complain about an order I placed on January 1, 2026, at your Panda Express location.

I ordered a plate with fried rice and Black Pepper Steak and was charged extra for the steak. However, when I received my food, the portion was extremely small and not consistent with what is normally advertised or expected. The plate contained approximately four small pieces of steak, two small onion pieces, and about two mushroom pieces. This is not reasonable for a paid entrée, especially when an upcharge was applied.

I contacted the store to address the issue, but the response was disappointing. The person I spoke with stated that the manager was not available and that there was nothing they could do. I was also told that they did not know what was on my plate and implied that I might have altered it myself. This accusation was inappropriate and unprofessional.

I am requesting a refund or replacement for this order and a review of how this situation was handled at the store level. Customers should not be dismissed or blamed when raising legitimate concerns.

Please let me know how this matter can be resolved. I appreciate your time and look forward to your response.

If you say you’re open until 10:30p I expect to be able to come in and get food anytime before hand. If you can’t keep enough product to run a full menu until 10:30 you need a change of staff.

Drive thru stop for lunch. Should have checked order. They didn’t have teriyaki chicken (?) so I went with black pepper chicken. Barely any entree on the bowl of white steamed rice, which was a little hard and crunchy. I basically paid for a bowl of white rice with a smattering of left over black pepper chicken, like the last spoonful after a busy lunch hour. Can I get my money back?

Instead of asking me if I wanted to wait for more chow maine , they just scraped the bottom of whatever was left and giving me a bunch of veggies with little chow maine. The portion I got reflected that as it was half the normal cause there was nothing left, you can barely see the noodles with all the veggies which i hate. Being already home I will not drive back to ask for a refund, the fact i have to check my own order at the window to make sure it’s right is CRAZY. It’s literally part of there job to had out what order is yours and if its correct, would they like me to cook my own food to? Do better panda express especially the managers. Am not rich I work hard for my money and don’t appreciate being ripped off.
