Clean great store great service fast friendly staff. Only thing wrong no chicken in the mushroom chicken plate. Just mushroom and zucchini it was tasty but I would have liked chicken in the mushroom. Maybe next time.

I am definitely never eating here again !! I got a bigger plate with shrimp and chicken and beef. I had food poisoning last night!! It was horrible and painful. Just the thought of this place is disgusting. Never again, to top it off I’m pregnant so it was a lot to pass by. I’m still sick l, I don’t recommend this place at all

The food is very good most of the time, but the employees always have an attitude, i heard management is very severe, and it shows.. i told my the poor cashier “have a good day “ and she just walked away to the back, i don’t blame her, they are super busy all the time.

Somewhat edible but the wife likes it. It seriously took us 30 to 40 minutes, standing in line and putting a little plate of precooked food together. There’s a young girl that if she was going any slower she would have been taking stuff out of my plate and putting it back in the pan. No customer service at all. Not a “sorry. We’re busy. We’ll be right with you” or anything while we waited. Everybody in line was complaining and finally the manager jumped in and literally did four plates in the time it took her to just ring my food up. She already had it all boxed up… Finally. Insane, but good for a laugh. Sometimes. That’s all you can do in life.

Gonna stay away for a while. There seems to be issues with quality of service. My last 5 visits through the drive thru I have had 4 incorrect orders. The photo is a picture of a small a al carte orange chicken. 2 problems it is not orange chicken and second there is just enough chicken to place on a spoon.

I went this morning at 10:30 and I will not ever go back. There is a young lady that works there who has a big problem with racism. She does not care for white people and she has her ways of showing it. I bought 2 egg rolls and always get 2 very small containers of sweet and sour. When she came back with one I asked for another. She claimed that the one was all they had. Really?? I’m sure some white person probably hurt her at some point in her life, but it wasn’t me. She shouldn’t be working with the public.

Average Panda Express Chinese restaurant on a busy road close to Freeway..This has been around for a while but they keep the store looking fresh and updated. The food is always Hot and fresh. The service is always welcoming friendly. There is plenty of seating inside and outside on regular table or high tops. There is a self service soda machine for your drink ..

Normally I love Panda Express for fast food. This one is just ok. Not terrible but any means, but not great either. Typically I get poor service and the food is often cold or old, which surprises me compared to the other stores in Albuquerque. It’s not bad and works in a pinch but I enjoy the ones in ABQ much more. Maybe with less customers they can’t rotate the food as much. I’ll still eat here on occasion but would eat more with a few minor changes. Location is a bit awkward to get in and out of but that’s unavoidable in this shipping center.

Went through the drive-thru, and there’s always a bit of a wait, but I don’t mind b/c the food is always fresh. Got the large orange chicken and the large mushroom chicken as well as chicken egg rolls and cream cheese ranhoons. Everything was extremely delicious and nice and hot even by the time I got home. I live in Rio Communities in Belen. The only thing is the rangoons don’t seem to have very much filling in them anymore, and the sizes of the containers have gotten smaller as well as prices have gone up a bit. Service is always accurate and friendly. You do have to ask for chop sticks if you want some. Otherwise, they always give you utensils and napkins and enough sauces if what you’re getting calls for them. I’ll definitely be going back, but only when I can afford it because it is a bit on the pricey side.

I left my purse hung on the chair and one of the young lady (employee) found it and kept inside until I came. I was so overwhelmed to get her name. Bravo for her honesty and she deserves a good raise. Thank you for your blessed heart! God bless you and wishing you many lucks in your future❤️
