We ordered two big plates delivered to our home. Only 1/2 our order was delivered. I called the store and they told me to bring my receipt in and they would refund the missing items. They did not offer to send the missing items or to correct the order. Terrible service.

guess her name is Luli or something like that? Service was great ! All employees were exceptional except her not towards costumers but towars co workers… While ording in the line she was giving co workers attitude for no reason making remarks like ” oh good ” while they were serving me and they were asking me what I wanted… i rather get asked what I want and get things right than her trying to get employees to hurry up… the whole situation made so uncomfortable, its everytime she is there you guys need to have serious talk with her on how to be a good co worker and not make customers feel akward while she is throwing her tantrums… around the kitchen all employees deserve the right treatment even if they are new or not

The food was good as always the reason for only 2 stars was due to the condition of the restaurant the place was filthy when we walked in. There was food all over the floor and most tables hadn’t been cleaned. This could be due to a rush but the management should know better then to have two employees sitting at one of the only clean tables enjoying their lunch. Cleanliness should come before breaks especially when they had people unable to sit down. Also the employees didn’t seem to happy to be at work. An it’s annoying when I have to ask for a fortune cookie an soy sauce. Those should be a given in a place like this.

I am pretty disappointed with panda today. Are they under new management? I came today through the drive through and the person at the window did not ask us if we wanted sauce. Didnt say a word when we asked for some sauce and made a remark to his coworker. The chicken pretty much whole. Not cut all the way i had to pick it apart as i ate. And it also tastes fishy? I dont know how or why that could be possible. The shrimp doesnt even taste like fish. And then i got so little rice. What are we rationing around here? Also why are your doordash prices higher than regular prices. What kind of busin Practices are happening at this establishment? I hope i dont get sick. The guy on the speakers was lovely.

This a great chain restaurant location. This location features excellent service. This location always is fast and easy to access. It is conveniently located around other chains gas stations as well as car service and shopping. There are a variety of drink options as well. This restaurant features plenty of parking as well as handicap specific parking on three sides. There are two entry doors and each lead directly to the parking. The drive through is large, easy to access and fast. I have been to a lot of panda express that runs out of fresh entrees but this one always has fresh entrees available. Overall one of my favorite panda locations: great staff and management. :-))

Tonight, I decided to have dinner at Panda this evening. Usually, I have no issues with this location. Tonight, I’m seriously furious at the employees! We found a piece of metal scrubber in our chili shrimp! A little piece of metal that comes off metal scrubbers! Luckily, i found it before any of us got near it or ingested. Honestly, this is not ok! If this is ingested, it could seriously put someone in the ER. I tried calling 5 times to the restaurant and there was no answer. So I had no choice but to post this. This is serious!

Really disappointed in this location. I ordered a bowl and received 5-6 pieces of actual chicken. Feels like a waste for $8. Obviously don’t expect a portion size of a plate but it would be nice to get more chicken than 90% rice. Do better

I was served cold food the chow main was cold and the orange chicken was cold and I was there about 12:10 noon I go there about twice a week but I will not tolerate being served cold food that taste like it was yesterday left over so disappointed unfortunately I only have 30 minute lunch and was unable to return Management at RR Enchanted area DO BETTER,..
