The food was good and fresh well as fresh as Panda gets!!! We waited for a new batch of orange chicken to come out and again food was good. Our only problem is with the wait in the drive thru… literally from the time we got in line to the time we got our food was almost 40 minutes!!!! That to me is crazy but it is what it is… just my two cents. Part 2 again waited almost 40 minutes…. Inconsistent food our chow mein was totally undercooked, totally dry, and cold to top it off. None of us ate it went straight into the trash. Orange Chicken was cold and soggy! We are done for a while here. This is a restaurant that is so poorly run that I believe someone from corporate or maybe owners need to come and see it what is actually happening here. I just wonder how many people are disappointed when they get home with their food. So disappointed you just never know if it’s going to be good

This location used to be great. But for a year or so now their service is terrible and the food quality reduced. I timed it yesterday, 1 car at the window and 3 ahead of me when I arrived…10 minutes until the line moved. And this is normal for them these days. I’m done with them until they can improve their service. Inside is better, but not by much. And the food quality has plummeted. They need a new manager or something!

I loved going here! It was crazy busy when I did, but even tho it was everyone was very patient! I’ve never seen more calm and composed workers with such rush hours! The manager must be proud of her team for doing so well! Keep it up Panda Express, the food is amazing and the workers actually chat with you so you don’t feel left out! Great recommendation!

Slowest Panda Express I’ve ever been here. It’s consistently slow. Drive through would not take an order until a single car would go all they way through and leave. No cars allowed between window and order taker. I waited over 30 minutes to get one drink and no food

Had a great experience. I went inside to check the spot out since there’s so many opposite reviews.
My staff member was crazy friendly to me and the people ahead of me. I asked for fresh versions of my entrees and was willing to wait, and I think with the line and waiting for them to literally cook a new entree for me, it was less than 15 minutes total.
Quality of food looks good, too. Traveling cross country in my camper van and this looks legit so far. Love me some Panda Express in a pinch.

I scored 2/5 because the portion size was very meagre, small, minute, tiny!!
The welcome was great, there was no wait and we were served straight away, although other than the initial welcome, there was no other interaction and did I say it before … portion size was poor!

I went through the drive thru. Service was quick and efficient. However, the food was extremely dry and seemed to be reheated from the previous day. Not fresh whatsoever . I will not return to this location.

We did our Christmas party this year with Panda Express and it was amazing. Marjorie was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make it a party we are still talking about, and will continue to talk about for months. We will definitely be doing it again 😀

Today, the staff ignored me for 20 mins after taking my order, and continued to serve around 30 people before getting back to me. Giving the benefit of the doubt, this has been an Ongoing, Consistent problem.

I should have read the reviews before I came here. Visiting from Texas and it was not a good experience. Employees were not paying attention. I paid extra to get the shrimp and when I got to my hotel there were 3 shrimp in the box leaving it more then half empty. I will not be coming back here. Panda Express Cottonwood AZ please do better. With prices as high as they have been getting be grateful we are still willing to pay to eat your food.
