Got my order completely messed up. I got home and found there was beef where my black pepper chicken was suppose to be. A guy asked if I could drive all of the way back to the store but I live far from the location. Really feel like I wasted so much of my time. (I ordered the Bigger Plate with chow mein as one side and the rest three parts of my order was supposed to be chicken) so i hardly got anything i wanted on it and the tasted like crap. couldn’t even finish it. The manger wouldn’t even come to the phone to correct any of it.

My husband bought dinner for us all tonight. We go there quite often so tonight we were so disappointed. Over cooked beef, kung Pao so hot it’s ridiculous. Big hunk of celery and in the lo mein that’s overcooked, like if somebody really didn’t care what they were cooking tonight.

I want to nominate Diego as MVP. My boy was handling the big line like a champ, there were some construction workers ordering and from expirience, they can hold up the line. Not diego, not on his watch. He had them eating and off the line in record time. It pays off to be bilingual. He has so calmed and focus, bro didnt even break a sweat. Picture Coby bryant on his prime on game 6. I was really impressed. It looks like this location is understaffed. Please give Diego a well deserved raised.

It’s seriously ridiculous how chincy these people are I ordered DoorDash and I make sure to put soy sauce it doesn’t allow you to ask for any more than one soy sauce. I have to call the store to ask for extra. Then I get my order and don’t even have one soy sauce in the bag.

Panda Express (Glasford Rd, Prescott Valley, AZ)
I attempted to place a phone order with this Panda Express location on Glasford Road and was informed that phone orders are not accepted. I was surprised, as I have not encountered this policy at other locations.
I explained that I use an Obama phone and was willing and able to pay, but my order was still declined. From a customer-service perspective, this was frustrating and felt unaccommodating. Refusing a paying customer without offering an alternative solution comes across as unprofessional and may result in lost business.
I hope management reviews this policy and considers more flexible options for customers who may not be able to order online. Better communication and accommodation would greatly improve the customer experience.

We go therea few times a month. The service is terrific! We usually get a combo with 2 entrees & a side. We love ❤️ the teriyaki chicken is it always good & tender but last time it was wasn’t. It was very fatty & stringy, Why?
We will let know next time about the chicken.

We stopped going a while back when the food quality went down. Came here today because of a fundraiser. Glad we did! Everything was on par with the quality and taste we previously enjoyed. We’ll start coming back as prices are still reasonable too.

Got back to my office and started eating about 3 bites in I had a big long hair in my food not sure if it was the food that made me sick threw up a little later or just the thought of someone’s hair in my food it was gross. You guys should do better!
