I stopped going here years ago after an employee stole my debit card. Today I decided to give it a chance again. They are rude and cut you off while ordering mid sentence. They were out of two main things which is sad considering the menu only has 10 items to begin with. Ordered a teriyaki bowl and recieved no sauce for it. Or soy sauce. Was never asked. Lame food to begin with. The place is still ran horribly. Will not be back.

Got the plates but serving sizes were very very skimpy. Also got veggies and WOW, WAY TOO SALTY. I COUND NOT FINISH THEM. The employees were very gracious, just wish the food was better. Ate in and music was a little too loud. Giving 4 stars only because employees were so nice otherwise it would be 3 stars

Everything about this place sucks. Way overpriced, the workers in drive thru are like robots and talk way too fast and rush you. Most of the food isn’t fresh. And don’t get me started about the white rice it’s hardly ever available and they will tell you every time they don’t have any that we can wait 40 minutes for the rice to be cooked ♀️ no, how about just never run out.

The teriyaki chicken was burnt and the rice was undercooked and crunchy. But I’m not really bothered by that. I know places can have an off day. What bothered me was the fact that they were pressure washing the floors around the food prep table, sending who knows what in the air and all over the food. Whoever runs this place needs to reintroduce food safety and contamination education to their employees.

Edit: They told us it would take 7-10 days to receive the refund and I posted this review after 2 weeks. After a month past our visit to this Panda, I called in to find out that they never processed the refund and now I get to drive from Snowflake to Show Low to pick up $13 they never should have taken. I have changed my rating to one star, just don’t eat here. If you must, definitely use cash so they can’t charge you for someone else’s food. We will never eat here again.

This is by far the worst place to try to eat at on the mountain. Extremely rude as well as they never have the item on the menu made, even during slow times they say its going to be a wait for the item, and if ypu dare to wait it will be at least 30 to 45 minutes in the parking lot. i have had this happen 3 times and everytime when i get home and get the food out i have plates that are only rice they dont even have the item i had been waiting for. When you go back or call they are extremely rude as well as i had a female employee lie about her name and remove her name tag in front of me because i mentioned i would just call about the rude customer service. Definitely a bunch of young kids goofy-ing off in that place.

The advertisement for Beyond chicken was up in the lobby, but the location said they are out of it. This was disappointing. The greens had way too much salt on them. Tables in lobby were all dirty, it was very busy.
