This is a solid Panda location. They’re always packed so obviously that’s going to impact wait time. I’ve never really had issues with it.
My biggest complaint is that the fried rice is consistently underseasoned (or not seasoned at all). I love Panda for it’s fried rice and this location has easily the most bland and flavorless.

They shorted us by adding a huge chunk of rice where the kung pao should’ve been. They covered it up with some kung pao and we didn’t notice until we came home and opened it. We’ve been to Pandas all over the country and this is the first that has been this terrible.

I think it’s ridiculous to get to a so called fast food restaurant at 4:39 p.m., and not walk out with your food until 5:25 p.m. How Ridiculous is that?! They either need to have two lines for you to CHOOSE your food from or have a whole lot more workers. I saw At least 5 people leave after waiting in line 5 minutes, because the line was not moving AT ALL. And it didn’t move for at least 20 minutes. And how many of those people that did wait in line with me for nearly an hour, when they are deciding where they want to go eat in the future, how many of those people are going to choose Panda after waiting in line for nearly an hour? The answer is ZERO.

Today I watched an employee an older Spanish woman Carmelita bully an Asian lady who in the past has provided excellent service in the past for our family. in front of my family today 11/11/25 right around lunchtime. It was pretty horrible to listen to and watch we walked out. This woman has no teamwork skills and in the past when we have ate there she seems very mean and very gruff with fellow employees and we really watched her lack of respect for her team. Is she a manager? Lord if she is I feel pretty bad for her team. I’m thinking now if I walk in for lunch or dinner and she’s present I’m probably going elsewhere that was a big turn off and the actions with a pleasant past experience with the sweet Asian lady in the past was terrible to listen to and watch.

Your manager is so rude and unprofessional. He comes into my work and gives me dirty looks after I had a bad experience after bad experience there. Because of him, I missed my lunch break one day and I was in tears and he did not care, he is rude. He also purposely serves online orders instead of customers in front of his face making customers in store, wait extra long. You need to have a talk with that guy. This is to the owner. You need to get another manager. He served me raw shrimp. He has no care for standards. No care for customers, no care for the food.

The slowest Panda ever. I removed the Express from the name intentionally. I should have read and trusted the reviews. I was actively looking for a way to get out of the line, but was trapped in. I wonder if they did they intentionally, so people can’t escape. I was tired after work and had no idea it would take 20 years to get “fast food.” Please dont make the same mistake I did. Read and trust the reviews. I am NEVER coming to this Panda Express again

I just work right down the street from Panda and I came here for my lunch break to find the restaurant was completely packed. The manager of the restaurant was on the line, putting together orders. He had a line that was all the way to the door backed up, and he was putting online order after online order in front of me and the other customers. Almost ten of themHe put together before he served the people immediately in front of him making us way even longer. He saw us clearly upset. He didn’t even apologize. He just kept on going despite his customers being upset visibly! I got the honey walnut shrimp, which is an extra dollar up charge and it was completely raw.The breading was like slime on top of the shrimp.It was disgusting! The manager was scooping this up and putting it in my plate.Looking at the raw ness of the shrimp, he has no care.No quality control, no manners.He should not be the manager!!! Not only did I not get to eat because of that, but I was shocked that he would just serve me.Raw shrimp like that!! You people need to be careful with things like that.With seafood, that is ridiculous and dangerous.
