Waited like 15 mins in line with ONE car in front of me . All to get like seriously 5 actual pieces of chicken and some tiny pieces and then a mound of green beans .

There was no sorry for the wait , nor was there a sorry when I went in for a refund . They only offered me a replacement entree then crew proceeded to laugh and make some kind of comment while issuing my refund at the DT register as if I can’t hear or see ? . I’m good , I will take my money elsewhere! Will not be going back to this location. Which is a bummer considering I work close by ! Your loss.

Do not promote a closing time if you actually start closing 30 minutes earlier and aren’t able to accommodate.

Pull up the drive through lane at 10:50pm, wait 10 mins to get to the ordering intercome to be greeted with “vas order comida” to then be told that they only have rice and one other option, I confirm if they close at 11:30 and she responds that that’s all there is if I want to order! Since there’s plenty of cars in front I ask if they can make other entres (at this point there’s more cars behind me) and she says no that she is closed…. So now I am yet again stuck in a line for no reason!

Do not promote certain hours if you can’t meet them!

Went yesterday for 2 plates around 3 ish. The woman working the drive thru was incredibly rude. She had an accent and that’s fine, we were just trying to confirm what she said. We weren’t being rude, just a little confused. When we tried to confirm our price total, she nodded, and then proceeded to give us a disgusting attitude back when it was wrong. I had just verbally said how much I thought she said and she told me it was correct. So if it wasn’t then correct me, don’t yell at me and give me a bad attitude. Seriously needs to get herself checked out because that’s now how you treat people!!! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with this location. Will not be going back!

The staff and environment here is so welcoming and very attentive. The staff is equally very well customer service oriented and very friendly.
So far the greatest location with great ethic and delivery with well rounded customer service trained team! The best part of all, they are all bili mg I’ll – Spanish speakers.

Miranda was very rude taking my order, rushing us through the order, as well as cutting me off mid order to tell me she got what I said. Asked her to scan my rewards and she rudely said “I said to give me a minute” and then refused service. If you hate your job so much you shouldn’t work fast food or be a disrespectful employee to the customer because in the food service industry the customer is always right. I had over a $40 order and she was just so nasty. Her customer service was very poor and she needs to be retrained on how to talk to customer when taking their order. Will never be getting food at the Panda Express located in the el con mall plaza.

Went got 3 plates and a bowl was unable to eat 3 of dishes because they served us the burnt bottom of the rice and got minimal beef in my beef broccoli. What little beef i did get was inedible and when I tried to call the restraunt to inform them their food is burnt and bad no one could be bothered to answer the phone. Also cashier in drive thru gave massive attitude when it wasn’t needed. Feel like customers seem to just annoy and bother the employees. Gradually has gotten worse throughout the years don’t go and waste your money. Total was over $44 and will never waste my money on a company that allows their people to treat their customers like a nuisance. Enjoy the pictures.
