I visited your Tucson Marketplace location today at approximately 5:00 PM during my limited lunch break from a nearby office. The store had run out of chow mein and I was told it would be ready soon, but no clear time estimate was provided. Given the short window of my break, this delay was significant.
During the wait, staff interaction felt minimal and disengaged. I was also asked to pay before my plate was complete, which I declined since my order was not yet ready. While waiting, employees appeared to be socializing in the back rather than assisting customers, and another staff member seemed hesitant to step in. Even the manager stepped away during this time.
I understand that running out of items can happen, but clearer communication and more attentive service would have made a meaningful difference. I had been a frequent customer for lunch, but after this experience, I am reconsidering returning. I am simply requesting an acknowledgment or apology for the experience and hope this feedback helps improve service going forward.

The best cheat meal around and it isn’t really so much cheating because a lot of the food has vegetables and you can get your chicken not fried so you can be happy with your choice of eating here. Believe me your stomach will be happy!

7:30-50 1/19 — great service from Kena? (i didn’t get to see her name tag that well) she was doing an amazing job welcoming in customers and super friendly service she was on the line by herself, doing not only orders from customers that came in but doing mobile orders as well. there was only 1 cook in the kitchen and half the bowls were empty. 1 girl in drive thru and it looked like two other people were just helping out where they could. then comes the manager Kari, yelling at them in front of the customers to hustle or do something different…like girl get ur self in there and start helping them. mind u she was doing some admin work with another higher up. super rude and this is just from a customer pov. idk that manager needs to fix her attitude and timing ….

I’ve been to several Panda Express in town. Iris the cashier was very cheerful and helpful at lunch time. Smiles while she serves and smiles as she wipes the table and sweeps the floor. Rare to find staff like that. Food was great too.

Went in to get the orange chicken, which I absolutely love.
My first time in and I went in the front of the line instead of the end. Fortunately the lady “behind ” me was understanding after I was apologetic .
The server was very helpful and patient with me since I didn’t really get the menu at first.

Have been to this location several times, I’ll no longer visit this panda express! The food here is always trash idk who the hell is cooking! Everything this over cooked and dry my rice and noodles are terrible..I wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE ‼️‼️‼️

Went to panda for dinner with my family on a Saturday night, about 9pm. Would NOT go back. Customer service was horrible, the girls looked like they were in a bad mood I don’t know if it was because we were going at 9pm, no food was ready, they just wanted us out the door. Did not welcome, no smile, felt like we were a bother. Not welcoming at all. Would not go back to this location. Lady that served us was sierra I believe her name was.

The food is cooked right the chow mein is not burnt like other locations its a busy locations during afternoon hours like from 12pm till 4 pm the food should be up to standards but I have not eaten at this location past that time frame it should still be good cause its at a busy intersection location
