Triple orange chicken was said 3 times and 2 order of spring rolls. But as usual I get to the window and all the girls working in There are talking and laughing personal stuff that had no idea what was ordered . Before she ha definitely me the bag I asked for receipt she said they were out of paper so I asked her what exactly she had I in the bag. It was wrong not even close. This went on for 7 min. Finally they got it right we were at the window so long people were honking lol. Won’t be back to this store.

This place is also Racist. They give Hispanic people ALOT of food but if your African-American they literally count how much food they put into your box like seriously. They are all Spanish people so they look down on other minorities in this establishment. The Caucasian people in front of us ordered and were about to pay and they asked them did they want condiments, was it for here or to go, etc. when I went up to pay they automatically put my food in a bag, didn’t offer any condiments, no receipt nothing, it was embarrassing and sad because we were there to DINE-IN and I had my daughter with me and she could see the mistreatment given to us and the good treatment given to other customers as we sat there and ate our food… SAD SAD SAD.

I had a fun time with the people who work at this franchise. It was nice to see a well run and very clean restaurant! The neighborhood is largely of Mexican descent, rich with tradition and use of a language containing twice as much vocabulary as English. The restaurant personnel reflect this community well and with the kindness and generosity of a people that reminded of a wonderful Spanish speaking church I attended for 5 years! Definitely friendly management and workers. There is another store, that’s closer to where I live, that doesn’t hit me so impressively. I find this Panda Express to be the one I think of when I want good Chinese fast food!

Everything was great the food was good but they wouldn’t let me taste a sample of something I hadn’t tried yet. I just wanted a little taste so that I could see if it was too spicy. But they refused. So that’s something they could work on. Other than that the service was really great they were kind and the portions were good.
And I hope that they start serving organic meals because Organics is more nutrient dense. And you actually need to eat less which leads to less obesity.

Ariana just gave us the worse customer service ever received at a Panda Express. She was rude for no reason at all and this is the second unfriendly encounter with the same person. She should leave her personal problems at home. Not the service expected on a Sunday after church. 6th ave
