I love coming to this place. It is my favorite Mongolian BBQ and now they have added red cabbage and hatch green chilies to the menu. They also make crab puffs from scratch homemade, sweet and sour sauce which is just perfect for either an appetizer or a dessert. They also make a homemade pot mustard. So if you’re in the mood for Asian food or a healthier option for a great dinner that’s not going to blow your wallets. It’s even a lower price than going to McDonald’s and it is definitely way more filling and better for you. You need to come here. It has a wonderful atmosphere, very pleasing service. People who are wonderful and nice and it’s family owned. So support your local Tucson business and come out. You will not regret it.

Then when they finally serve the people waiting IN the restaurant the food bins are empty and has to be made because it all went to the online and uber orders. Waiting…. waiting…. waiting.

Panda express must have forgotten how they started. Portions used to be overflowing, now not so much. I used to be able to get a triple entre, eat dinner and have lunch for the next day…. now this is a twenty dollar meal, and I doubt I’ll get full. I like this location a lot. The food always taste delicious, the temperature on the food is always right, and the restaurant is well-maintained. The customer service is okay, maybe they’re just always busy, but they’re just never friendly or welcoming. This location get packed right after work!

Fresh Entrees!
Pros: I asked for a fresh order of my favorite entree. My order was made quickly and it smelled great. This location is sleek in design and the staff is very nice and friendly.
Cons: One of my orders was missing an item, but I didn’t notice this until I reached my destination. Overall, a good location that I will return to.

On 06/18/24 my husband and I decided to grab a quick dinner at this location across from our apartment after a busy day. He got green beans and chicken, hot orange chicken, and chow mein, while I had Beijing beef and chow mein and ate some of his orange chicken. Within 30 minutes of finishing his meal, he started feeling sick and ended up throwing up all night.
Things got worse, and we spent the next day in the hospital. Even now, as I write this early in the morning on 06/20/24, he’s still throwing up and having bad diarrhea. We were woken up around 3 a.m. because he got sick in bed (this happened twice), so we had to get up to clean the sheets, and now our mattress is contaminated leaving us nowhere to sleep for the time being.
I didn’t get sick, and the only thing he ate that I didn’t was the chicken and green beans. This makes me think that food item wasn’t prepared properly, was contaminated, or the employees didn’t wash their hands properly (they weren’t wearing gloves while they were serving the food).
Overall, this experience has been really disappointing and makes me worry about the food safety at this location.
