Friendly & clean. Food is good. I love Panda Express. Only thing is really frustrating is that when I order for delivery & I request 8 packs of sweet & sour to have enough for my appetizer & food they NEVER give me what I ask. Sometimes it’s 2 or 4 packs, but they either NEVER read the order details or hate me. Really annoying since im paying for the food & it ruins my meal when there’s not enough sauce.

We have been to this location multiple times in the past and it wasn’t great but it wasn’t too bad either. So today we stopped by for lunch and it was a disaster.
They had run out of the food we ordered and said they would bring it to the table for us, no big deal. It took probably 20 minutes to get our food and then the order was screwed up but we didn’t say anything because we didn’t want to wait even longer. We asked if they would cut the meat into smaller pieces because they don’t offer knives for the customer to do it themselves….and of course they didn’t.
The “manager” was the checkout person and walked away from the checkout leaving several people standing around unable to pay the bill and leave, had to be 6-8 orders stacked up and nobody to check them out. The young manager started doing job interviews right next to the customers sitting there eating! That should be private conversations not the whole store listening in. And she should have at least had someone else take over her checkout duties and not just walked away leaving the customers standing there waiting with no one to help them.
But the lady who carried her dog through the food line….that was disgusting! I like dogs, but I don’t like dogs being carried through the food line at the same time I am getting my food, that should not be allowed, it is not respectful to the other people eating. Having a dog in the dining area should be the limit but in the actual food service line? No!! I wonder what the health department would say about dogs being carried through the serving line.
Quite sure we won’t be back anytime soon but from the reviews I’ve read, it doesn’t appear that the owners care so I can’t imagine this store will change, and probably won’t be there too much longer. You can’t fix, “I don’t care.”

I wish I would have read the reviews first. My rice was burnt and once you taste burnt it’s hard to remove that from your taste buds. They were out of some food selections and it was 11am.

If they tell you to pull up in the waiting spot, don’t do it, they’ll forget about you. They told me 5 min. and didn’t get my food for almost 30 min. because they forgot about me and my food. I had to bang on their lobby window since the lobby is already closed. These incompetent employees would’ve went home for tonight and I’ll still be sitting in the waiting spot for my food.
1 week later: I came back to order my usual which is 2 entree plate Cheow mien, sesame chick and Beijing beef. They gave me the Cheow mien and the Beijing beef and 1 piece of sesame chicken. That’s right..1 piece of chicken for the 2nd entree. Be advise, just go inside and order to make sure you’re actually getting the food you paid for.

Came in at October 19 at around 5-6 pm for a bowl of chow mein and rice. There were samples which was nice and resulted in my sister wanting to add a peach lychee to her order. We were late to get served. Our server Ashley V was just cleaning while we were standing there. She didn’t greet us or nothing, and it wasn’t even that busy. Few people eating; me, my sister, and another customer were the only ones in the line. I thought whatever, and she took our order after a few minutes. I thought it was kinda weird she kept asking if we wanted appetizers even though we kept saying no. She asked if we wanted anything else so my sister said the peach lychee. Total was nearly 18 dollars which was shocking! I paid for it blindly and only when I got home to check the receipt, I found she charged us twice for a single peach lychee. She only gave us one peach lychee, so where is the other one??? Overpriced, we were overcharged. Service seemed to only be indulged in themselves.

I’ve eaten at this location many times. Last night I truly suffered. I ordered two plates. One double string bean chicken one double crispy shrimp and beef. Both with white rice. This was at around 10 pm as well. I finished the entree just fine but the rice tasted funky. Little did I know what gastro intestinal horrors I would soon face. I skipped the rice and tossed the rest. I soon went to sleep, but suddenly at 3 am I was violently awoken by an intense gurgling in my stomach and the clenching of my sphincter. I ran to the bathroom only to unleash brown hellfire unto our plumbing for a solid ten minutes. Sounded like a running faucet interlaced with machine gun blasts of wet flatulence and my stomach was in intense pain. Spare yourself this experience and skip this disgusting place. Its never been very good anyways. Why is the Asian food including the fast food in Arizona so terrible???

Stopped at Panda Express 2 weeks ago on the 303 and Waddell. The food was FINE. It was a Manager at this location that was wayyy out of line. She was having a conversation with an employee in the dining room and continued to reprimand this young man the entire time we were there, in view of not only other employees but customers also. She was very rude and was clearly speaking so other people would hear her. Other employees looked so uncomfortable with her display. I finally decided enough and I approached her and asked for a word. I pulled her aside and expressed that her behavior was very inappropriate. I said that conversations like these should happen privately. She explained that “this is how she was trained”. I mentioned that all of the customers and employees could hear her reprimanding this young man. She then told me “Just because you can hear me, doesn’t mean you should listen!”. I sent a message to their corporate office to which I’m waiting on a response.
Parents, if this was your son being reprimanded, kudos to him for keeping his cool. Please also tell him that the way this young lady treated him is not normal or acceptable behavior. Work environments like this are toxic.
If the manager sees this, it costs you nothing to treat people with kindness. I hope that someone models what a good leader is for you someday.
