Everything was fresh and delicious the server was helpful and polite but got our order wrong but it ended up being ok . I asked for two orders of the bigger plate where you get 3 entrees and 1 side but he got confused or something because when we went to pay there was only 2 entrees and one side at least they didn’t charge me for the 3 entree one .

Ordered from grub hub got 2 meals and 2 appetizers and the sent 2 sweet and sour packets. 1 spent 30 dollars and got more fortune cookies that sauces. I will never give my money to this rip-off place again.

Put in an online order. 45 minutes still waiting in store. This assembly line style of service Panda Express uses is probably the worst possible way to run a restaurant. Terribly inefficient. The staff is stumbling over itself.

The last two times Ive ordered terriaki chicken and both times the chicken had several pieces of just fat. So gross to bite into those pieces. I’ve been buying teriyaki chicken from them for years, so I don’t know if they’re just getting cheaper chicken but Im done with this restaurant. Probably will think twice before anothetr location either.

I highly recommend this location. Food is freshest around meal times. Customer service is always kind and professional.. (even when there’s a Debby Downer). And the atmosphere is always inviting.

I had a great experience at Panda today. TA had great Customer service. I should of ordered on online; a little miscommunication, but he jumped into action. TA and his team prepped a very large order for our Nurses at the hospital as it is Hospital Week. Thank you TA, your team is amazing.
