I ordered through the Panda Express website for drive-through pickup. When I arrived, I was told I’d need to wait for chow mein, which I didn’t mind since fresh food is a good thing.
A little later, I was told another dish was also out and asked whether I wanted to switch or wait. Again, I chose to wait.
After that, I was told to wait out front. After waiting for quite a while, I eventually went inside, only to find that my order had already been sitting up front for some time.
What was frustrating was the lack of communication. If the food was ready and inside, I don’t understand why I wasn’t told to come in, or why I was told to wait outside at all. I’m fine waiting for fresh food, but clearer instructions would have made this experience much better.

I waited an extra 15 minutes because they said they needed to cook more steak. When I got home there was only 4 small pieces of steak. I ordered a double order of this dish and was
charged extra. The mushrooms were old and soggy so I didn’t trust to eat any of it. Also the broccoli was all end clippings that I wasn’t going to eat either. Needless to say I went to bed hungry and won’t be going to this location again. This location has messed up a few times in the past for me but this was the final time.

I haven’t eaten at this location in a while but I was working in the area so I stopped in. I was greeted when I came in and there was no one else in the line so I told the lady what I wanted and then went to the register to pay the lady that was there. By the time I was done my plate was ready so I didn’t see it until after I left. Everything was correct and the food typical quality but it was all far smaller portions than I’m use to from panda express. I don’t know why this location isn’t in the same program as all the other stores but I know this isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed here. I was there about 12:50pm on 10/1. From the moment your wheels hit their lot, this Panda location always exceeds cleanliness expectations. Once you’re indoors, that same outdoor cleanliness is present from floors to tables, and the at times very busy washroom. The food is hot & fresh, with portioning and taste satisfying thoroughly.
For the most part, you’re met with a friendly face and cheerful greeting, but there are days like today during a lunch rush that you’ll get a bit of hurried tone; even so, this is my new go-to spot over the rude mess off Watson in Buckeye.

I order 3 plate and one of the plates were wrong when I got home. I ordered teriyaki chicken. I got sesame seed chicken on one of the plates. The other 2 plates were correct. The workers need to slow down and pay attention to what is ordered. They are so wanting to get people in and out. They need customer service training. The workers need to pay attention to the customers instead of other coworkers. I called the supervisor/manager when I got home and told her that this store just list a loyal customer. Now I have to got out of my way to eat at a panda express. This panda is the one closest to my house.

This was a very disappointing and honestly alarming experience. The food didn’t taste right, especially compared to other Panda Express locations, and three of us couldn’t even finish our meals.
Shortly after eating, all four of us felt bloated and had indigestion. And about 1-1.5 hrs later, our entire family ended up with diarrhea. This was not a coincidence.
This experience was bad enough that we will definitely not be returning to this location anytime soon.

I went inside to order 2 plates and Vitalina helped with my order. Vitalina has excellent customer service and she packed up my order correctly. I hope she is there the next time I visit this location. 5 stars! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I usually go inside to place my order, but I wouldn’t recommend using the Panda Express mobile app to place orders unless you plan to double check your orders before leaving.

Tried the new Spicy Orange Chicken at the Panda Express on Litchfield Rd, and wow it did not disappoint. Perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and just the right kick of heat. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and honestly addictive.
The staff was quick and friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. Definitely one of my new go-to orders Panda nailed this one!
