This isn’t my first rodeo with them I got Broccoli and beef and only 2 pieces of beef is in here. Why am I ordering only broccoli if I payed for beef and broccoli. It doesn’t make since the ratio and the portion is trash. Yall need to do better because even my chow main is all cabbage like am I paying for the cabbage or the chow main this is a complaint and I didn’t, pick it up I ordered it because I was home with my son and couldn’t go anywhere. So I couldn’t even check before hand this is unacceptable, be better or you will lose a great customer

You can’t go wrong with Panda Express. Despite some of the reviews, I decided to give it a try, and I was not disappointed. The manager greeted me warmly at the door, and I was able to order three plates and two sides to go, all prepared promptly. My experience was great, and when I got home, I was pleasantly happy with my order and the classic Panda Express flavors I was craving. Thanks, guys!

Literally has a sticker that says STEAK, but somehow these teenagers could not care to read and gave me chicken. If they refuse to do this simple task, I’d rather not risk what else they don’t care about with their $30k+ yearly. The owner should really get more adults that actually care about our food especially when they’ll work harder for that $30k+ than some snotty spoiled teens

I had an extremely poor experience at the Panda Express on Watson. I waited 27 minutes for my order because I was told it needed to be made “fresh.” When the food finally arrived, it was incorrect and lukewarm, which completely defeated the purpose of the long wait.
To make matters worse, the employee who brought the order out to my car was carrying too many bags in one hand, causing them to bump into each other. By the time I received the food, everything inside the bags was mixed together.
This visit took longer than dining at a full-service restaurant, yet the quality and accuracy were far worse. Overall, it was a ridiculously horrible experience, and I won’t be returning to this location.

Worst experience ever tonight!!! Im a Door Dasher and went in to pick up 2 orders. The first order was ready then I waited for 21 mins for the second order. The employee handed me the order and said the name so I assumed it was the correct order for the person I was picking up for. I go to deliver the orders and the first order was a completely different person. WRONG ORDER. So I had to take the order back to Panda. I decided to speak with a manager because the wait time was ridiculous and also because his employee handed me the wrong item. I tell Micheal (manager) that they gave me the wrong order and can I have the first order remade because at this point the food had been sitting 27 mins. He said ” The tags don’t come in at the same time so it’s not our fault and I will not remake that order”. Mind you I was asking for the food to be remade because it WAS their fault that they handed me the wrong order and I tried to make the delivery only to have to come back to return the food therefore making my first customers food sitting even longer than I had already waited. Very unprofessional, bad customer service, unorganized and makes the company look bad. Did I mention before he even came to speak with me he told the employee “what do they want”? When I first asked to speak with him? You are the manager you dont ask WHY a customer wants to speak to you when you are requested. Will not be going there as a DD or customer anymore.

They are always hit or miss, I took the kids tonight and was shocked. All my boxes were half to 3/4 full the chow mein was mostly cabbage and then I ordered a large shrimp that was 15.90 and came half full. What a disappointment to what it used to be. And the teriyaki chicken taste boiled and the orange chicken soggy undercooked. Under new management and this place is horrible they served all cabbage in two large chow mein.

Placed an order via the app. They were out of my go-to at 7 pm chicken with green beans. Stated they were not cooking anymore. Ordered honey chicken and then the firecracker chicken bowl for my spouse. The honey chicken had a lot of spice. I’m not sure if it was the peppers or the sauce, but it wasn’t edible. Was furious at the amount rice and the variance between my chicken bowl and the firecracker shrimp, which was a lot less of everything, and they upcharged for the product. I brought it to their attention when picking up, and I was told that’s the correct portions. I am furious at the upcharge and the variance, not to mention the spice level on a product that showed zero spice in the description and went in the trash. Rude staff, bad food. Won’t return

My husband paid a lot of money for that family meal. They gave us compound chicken instead of our beef and broccoli, and they gave us teriyaki chicken with no teriyaki. Now, we wouldn’t be so picky or anything, but the problem is I have peanut allergies, so now I can’t get anybody on the phone. I work at 4 o’clock in the morning. It’s already 8 o’clock. I cannot deal with customer service anymore. I cannot deal with the lack of care, the lack of leadership, and the lack of taking pride in their work. It’s just not like it used to be. And then the teriyaki they didn’t give us no sauce. The compound chicken had so many red peppers and chili faces you were on fire just by smelling it. It had more red chilies then I did anything.

Went to this location and ordered honey walnut shrimp, broccoli beef, and a super greens plate. We were told there would be a 10 minute wait for the super greens, which we agreed to. Then we got to the window and were told everything was “in the bag”. Only to open the box/plate and see that not only is there absolutely ZERO super greens, but that there is also close to ZERO beef with the broccoli (other than those microscopic pieces in the left corner). In addition, the honey walnut shrimp is soggy and clearly not freshly cooked. I’ve had numerous bad experiences at this location and only go for location convenience, but this is ridiculous. I highly discourage anyone from ever eating here.
