Incredible service and food experience here today at this location. We came in for Saturday brunch around 10:15am and throughly enjoyed our time here. The place was clean, Magdalena’s customer service was EXCELLENT and Alexa was amazing as well. The food was hot and fresh and the portion was perfect. Even my picky 2 year old finished all her food which is a testament to the quality we received. Thank you!

Showed up at 10:25pm and they had very little food. The kitchen was already broken down. When asked if they were still making fresh food they said “no sorry we are done for the night” when we made a comment and said oh 35 minutes early and you are done for the night they said oh well we don’t want to waste food. We mentioned we wanted to speak to a manager they stated oh well we can cook for you fresh what would you like. We said just forget it and left!!! Very upsetting

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I ordered delivery awhile back, and they gave me the wrong rice, burnt chicken, no teriyaki sauce, and the beef and broccoli had 3 tiny pieces of meat and the rest just broccoli. I contacted corporate (you can’t contact the location directly). They apologized and sent two free meal coupons. Pleased with it. I let it slide. Then, I decided to use one of the coupons. This time, they didn’t even include the teriyaki chicken!!! Obviously, they do not know the meaning of quality control because they can’t seem to get things right. Make sure you check your order or don’t order from there unless you’re willing to take a chance. I refuse to give them another try so they can totally strike out. We’ll see what corporate has to say this time. Smh

I ordered through Door dash. It was a bow and I can’t believe how much of the entree they served. Less than a spoon! (I have to put it on the lid because I couldn’t believe it) I ordered white rice only they served me fried too. the worse panda I have ever gone, dont ever order online because they will serve you like this.

12/6/25 I came in at 10:25 pm and almost all of their case was cleaned up and empty and they had 2 options for protein. No chow main just rice. The lady’s behind the contour said they’re not making anymore fresh food “because they don’t won’t waste!” They turned away 5 family’s because they wanted to ensure they employees make it out of the door at 11pm. Last time I checked I should be able to get full menu until they close. This is a really bad way to represent the brand for Panda. The workers need more training on customer service. I’ll be contacting corporate on their operations, and customer service skills. The team lead just sat at a table on her tablet and caring that her staff were turning away people.

I really try not to be that person, but I waited an hour for my food, as did like ten others who had ordered online. And I get when a spot is super busy there’s not much they can do, but there were points in time where there was only 3 people in line and they were still not making anyones online orders, when people came up to the cashier to ask her about it, she’d flat out ignore them. I was told my food would be read at 5:30, and didn’t get it until 6:45, I really do not recommend.

I actually watched an employee put s customers good on top of an open trash can, in front of her manager. Not a care in the world from either of them. I left without ordering food. Absolutely atrocious behavior for food service.

Made an order online to avoid waiting because I was on my way to an appointment. Still waited and they didnt include the teriyaki chicken. I called within 10 minutes of picking up my order and they didn’t care. They wanted me to come back that moment and it was not possible. They did not make it right. Waste of time and money. They need to organize themselves to avoid making so many mistakes.

It’s pretty sad you can’t read an uber eats order that’s printed on a sticker and get it right. It’s even sadder that you don’t care enough to only put 6 pieces of orange chicken in a “plate”. Never going to this panda again, good luck with customer service. If I could give them 0 stars to de-rate them I would.
