Not a busy storm in regards to lobby, drive-through maybe. Me and two other customers waited about 5+ minutes for someone to come in ring us up at the register because that employee is cleaning the bathrooms. Also, one customer actually left because no one acknowledged him. I feel as if the management needs to help train staff to prioritize the customer service And food getting out quicker. Lobby I was told closes at 11 PM and they’re cleaning the bathrooms two hours prior to closing, thus taking one essential team member away from the line to help move orders.
Just an observation, hope this helps management. It could just be an off night.

I was very disappointed with my visit. The tea (both sweet and unsweetened) had a burnt taste, and the chicken was mostly fat. The noodles were not prepared properly, and both the spicy chicken and chicken egg roll were overcooked and burnt. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing away much of the meal. While the service was fine, the food quality was well below expectations. I would not recommend this location and suggest looking elsewhere for a better experience.

So I haven’t been to a Panda Express in a very long time, over a year easily. But my kids were really wanting to grab it, so we swung through and got four 3-large plate entrees.
Overall I was surprised how hot and fresh the food was, the portion size and the friendliness of the staff.
We had an issue with our order unfortunately, which was to go.
We got home and were missing an order of orange chicken. I was very frustrated as it was nearly $55 for our order and to get home and be missing an item at 8:30 at night…
So I called and the person made it more than right. He offerred me to come back and get an entire free meal and appetizer. My daughter was very excited to go back today and eat at resturant and have me orange chicken and fortune cookies.
Thank you for fixing our issue with the order and going beyond to make it a good experience after an initial bad one.

If I can, please suggest something for the drive-through, if your orders are taking more than five minutes, please tell the person to wait upfront.
I spent 15-20 minutes sitting in line which made me late to work. I was unable to reverse or go forward so I can just leave. I was trapped in line for 20 minutes. I should not be trapped and unable to leave in a fast food restaurant line.
The workers are working hard, but y’all need to change a policy because that’s unacceptable.

Just got back from picking up a family meal through the drive through. Once home, we opened the containers. Our favorite, Beijing Beef, was only half full! Dang! Do I really have to check all of the containers on site? Shame on you, Panda employee. (The other containers were filled.)

Came to this location an hour before they closed. The person taking my order in the drive through was in rush to finish my order as if there was a line across the parking lot with just 1 car in front me. Once I got home to look over my food I noticed my beef and broccoli was just straight broccoli with tiny bits of beef AND the broccoli was raw and hard as a rock. Pretty disappointed. My significant other also had a similar order but with chicken teriyaki but with no teriyaki. She had our food ready as soon I pulled up but did the cooks even look through what they put or the person in the drive through? Looks like they didn’t.

Ordered a plate for pickup and my premium entree was not included. I had to drive all the way back to the store, had to wait over 10 mins in line and they didnt do anything aside from just giving me the premium entree i had ordered in a rush. Even the apology they gave felt insincere. I don’t expect a full refund but at least a sincere apology or any kind of effort to compensate for their mistake
