I order catering for my office frequently, and I have had persistent issues with timeliness from this store, and normally it’s not too big of an issue because there’s no deadline, but I do plan buffer time in to account for the order arriving 15-20 minutes late. This time, I ordered our office lunch for delivery and set the delivery time for 11:30, at 11:34 I received a call from the restaurant informing me that their employee gave our delivery driver ONLY the bag with the utensils and sauces and did not give him any of our food. They of course apologize and explain they will personally be delivering the order and then say that they will be leaving the store with it shortly. At 12:00 the food had not yet arrived so I called the restaurant again, only to be told that they still had not left the store yet but would be leaving now. In the end, our food did not arrive until 12:20, when we ordered it for an 11:30 delivery time. This is beyond unacceptable, especially for a scheduled catering order. The last time I had an order arrive late, I called the store (15 minutes past the delivery time) and was informed that the driver was there at that moment picking up the food. This location has no respect for your time or your event, and should be avoided for any catering needs.

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Service
I placed an online order for pickup and got the text that it was ready. After a 10-minute walk to the store, I got in the online order pickup line — I was the only one there. Every employee saw me standing there, including Omar at the register, but all of them ignored me. I waited another 5 minutes while they wrapped up another customer. Instead of helping me next, they began taking new orders and continued to look at me, then ignore me again.
I could clearly see my order sitting on the counter. After getting frustrated, I had to walk up to the cashier and ask for help. I was told to “wait a bit.” Another 5 minutes passed before someone finally grabbed the bag that had been ready the whole time.
I order here often, and when the older lady is working, the service is always great. But today she wasn’t there, and the service from the rest of the team was extremely disappointing. The inconsistency in customer service at this location is a real problem.

If you are looking for cheap, quick, and filling lunch then this is your place. The food is wonderful. I like their orange chicken and their walnut shrimp as well as their chow mein. The quantity of food you get is also fantastic as there is always more left over for lunch the next day. I give Panda a four star because it is far from healthy and each meal is a couple days worth of calories but for the price it is a good value of food and taste. For a fast yummy easy lunch I really enjoy getting some Panda.

Went to pick up a mobile order, stood in line for 20 minutes while everyone else got assisted. What’s the point of a pickup line if you don’t use it? Almost got given the wrong food and watched mine almost get handed out to multiple different people. Service was slow and unprofessional as associates seemed to be goofing around.

Older lady worker was very rude. Rushed me and my mom. The lady in front of us asked for a bit more of the chicken. The worker was annoyed. So the lady changed her order to an 2 entree. The we were next, got the bowl w/ chow mein, (lots of it) the king pao chicken. Literally, a very small portion. Now I know why the lady got an entree instead of a bowl.. look at the pic! It’s fill with chow mein!

Don’t Bother. I received Beijing Beef that seemed to be the burned pieces from the bottom of the deep fryer. It was hard, greasy pieces of meat that were inedible. Biting into each hard piece, my mouth was filled with grease. After a few bites, I threw it away. TERRIBLE. Unfortunately, I had it delivered and couldn’t just send it back, but that doesn’t account for the extreme overcooking.
