BY FAR THE WORST PANDA I HAVE EVER BEEN TO FOOD IS OLD BEEN SITTING OUT FOR GOD KNOWS HOW LONG WOST OF IT ALL ORANGE CHICKEN WAS SO SOGGY IT WAS LIKE EATING A PIECE OF BREAD SOAKED IN WATER WE ASKED IF WE COULD GET FRESH ORANGE AND ALL THEY DID WAS HEAT UP THE SOGGY ORANGE AND GAVE IT TO US EXTRA SOGGY BUT NOW HOT NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD SOGGY ORANGE CHICKEN LIKE THIS NOW I HAVE PILE OF CHICKEN BOOGERS. Check on the left soggy but hot chicken on right Old and soggy cold. Stay away from this location if you can we are panda eaters to many times a month and will never come back to this location.!!!!!!!!

Great food with great service! I was greeted in a friendly manner. I ordered the plate with Teriyaki Chicken, Orange Chicken, White Rice, and a medium Drink for Dine In. The food was hot and fresh. The servings were plentiful and fulfilling. The lobby was clean as well as the drink station. Before I left, there was an employee cleaning the lobby as well. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a quick bite to eat with great service!

Service was terrible. Placed my order at the drive through. They forget to give me the third item for my Bigger Plate. I had to go back through to get the item I ordered and they tell me to wait out front and someone will bring it to me. This resulted in me waiting for 15 minutes before i had to go through the drive through for a third time at which point they still have no idea of their mistake. Service is absolutely terrible and my food was cold when all was said and done. Either go to a different location or get something else from around the same area.

Eva, Jasmine and Fernando held it down and held it together during a rush. They maintained composure and had friendly conversation even while amidst chaos. They were patient even though I order a lot of food for my group meeting. Kudos to the team! Give them a raise!!!

We ordered two, 2-item plates, in addition to a family meal, for carry out through the app. The food came boxed, in a bag that was tied shut, so there was no way to verify the accuracy of the order.
Both two item meals only came with one entrée. Both were missing mushroom chicken.
When I called the restaurant to alert them to this, I had to call several times before someone answered. When they did answer, the lady who identified herself as the store manager was incredibly rude. She did not apologize, and only reluctantly offered for us to go back for the two missing entrée items. I told her this was not an option since we live 40 miles from this restaurant and we were only picking up dinner tonight while in the area. She was unable to issue a refund supposedly.
The order also lacked forks, plates, and napkins.
To expect us to make a second trip after already having left, and only offer us what we had rightfully coming to us and we had paid for, is ridiculous. No apology, no gesture to make things right.
We won’t be going back here. We are fans of panda, but this branch has awful reviews for a reason. Believe them.

I had put an online order in to be picked up at 10am. Yet they’re open at 10am. Yet why not make the food order food first. 17mins after I’m still waiting for my food. the Manager on duty 02-11-2024 had the worst attitude about my online order. 10:20 AM STILL WAITING.

We love Panda and we don’t have it in our hometown so when we were here on a little weekend getaway we were excited to have some Panda!
The biggest issues I had was waiting 25 minutes for my food order and what appeared to be a bone in the Orange chicken (see picture). My wife’s Beijing beef I believe had sat for a while under the heat lamp, she said it was not good and quit eating after one bite.
