My son had a horrible experience at the McQueen/Riggs location. I placed an online pickup order under his name. He walked nearly half a mile in the Arizona heat to get it, but when he arrived, the employees refused to give him the food because he didn’t have an order confirmation. Nowhere in the ordering process did it say one was required. He offered to verify his name and the order, but instead they mocked him, made rude gestures, and laughed with coworkers while he tried to reach me (I had just boarded a flight).
My husband had to leave work and drive 20 minutes to pick it up, and when he asked for the same order, the employees handed it over without asking for any confirmation at all. By then, the food was cold and we had to throw out $58 worth.

I have visited this location often and the fried rice in the afternoons is undercooked. Don’t like crunchy rice.
Edit: changing from 3 to 1 star. I tried this location again and the rice was the crunchiest it’s ever been. Corporate employees were even in the building. Won’t be going back to this location.

Like Panda Express but this location got it wrong. Got my order wrong the first time. They corrected it accurately. When I got home, my order was wrong another way. How hard is it to get a one entree bowl wrong twice? Keep your line in order. Won’t go back to this location.

I like Panda The food is good not great but very good. We often stopped at Panda on our way to Sporting events. The service is always fast. The prices very reasonable . Orange chicken is a favorite. A 2 item w white rice fills us up for way less than inside the venue. A soda to share is all we need. Everything they make is good and store to store it is the same. The 1 item bowl is another great choice. enjoy!

After last night I will never return. Ordered a simple teriyaki bowl. Chicken was rubbery and undercooked. Teriyaki sauce was non existent. I’d elaborate more but the bowl only had 3 items in it. So yeah the white rice was fine.
