Place used to be the best but it has really gone downhill. Fried rice was uncooked rice, hard and crumbly. You need to stand there and watch them fill your containers. I had a large order and when I got home 3 of the containers were only half filled.

Bad experience all around. They give very small portions. The orange chicken they put in for kids meal is small broken pieces. When I asked the server that even kids meal deserves couple whole pieces , he refused. I talked to the manager and he argues that kids meal is only 4 ounces and again refused to do anything. Kids meal doesn’t mean the kid doesn’t deserve a good meal. This is not the first time this location short change their customers. I went home and weighted the food they give, it’s only 2.6 ounces for the orange chicken. That’s 33% less on what Manager Noah stated the proper portion should be. He is incompetent to be a manager and doesn’t know what customer service is. See the pictures for yourself. Two separate purchases. Third picture is the weighted portion of the the 2nd purchase. If you want what you pay for, avoid this location.

Really friendly staff. Fresh egg rolls, they came right out of the fryer and it only took like 7 minutes. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because my chao main was burned so I didn’t love the taste. Will go back tho. Small chao main, 4 egg rolls, no drinks $12.

What i didn’t like about this experience was the guy the got my food and was shady with an over charge
I got a plate chow main with orange chicken and honey sesame chicken
Chow mein portion was on the low side so I asked if I can have a bit more
The guy said no problem and I thank him for it
Paid for my stuff and sat down and ate and I was reviewing my receipt and I was charge for the bigger plate
If the guy would have advice that he would have charge me for an extra item
I would have make sure to get the full item and not a small portion of it and get charge for the full item
Don’t just charge a customer with out given then the option
You’re just stealing from customers
Is this what management are teaching the crew as a normal practice

I simply could not ask for better service! Every time busy or slow I get consistent, friendly and amazing customer service. On top of that the food is always cooked perfectly and portioned out appropriately (generously). I know Angie, Kathy, and Jennifer by name and vice versa so it really feels like a second home to grab food and see some friendly faces…the other employees (the names of which I don’t know) are just as exceptional in service and attitude! 100/100 would recommend this panda over the others. You won’t be upset! Cheers to you all and thanks to the team there that makes my day everytime I walk through the door <3.
