We went to Panda drive thru on Ocotillo shortly after 9 pm on a Saturday 12/13/25. They are supposed to be open until 11 PM according to Google and signs on the front of the building. Nobody was taking orders at the drive-through so I pulled up to the window and I could see people inside working but they were totally ignoring me in the drive-through. Not sure if they were closing early or ran out of food, but they just pretended that they didn’t see me and ignored our vehicle. We just decided to leave. I could see a long line of cars in the drive-through as I left, and I could see that they were also not being helped.

I had gotten a plate but the young lady in the front Nayeli I believe was so RUDE if you don’t want to be there go take your attitude elsewhere!
The food was okay it was just a little bit greasy it could’ve been better it’s always a hit and miss at this location do better.

We ordered Panda Express for a company celebration, and unfortunately, one meal was left out of the delivery. I gave them a call and spoke with Jesus, who handled the situation wonderfully. He quickly prepared the missing bowl and personally delivered it to us so that my team member didn’t miss her break. He was kind, respectful, and understanding throughout the process, and even provided coupons for everyone in our group. Jesus truly went above and beyond to make things right, and we greatly appreciate his outstanding customer service!

We were the only customers in the restaurant and the only ones ordering at the time, yet the employee rushed both me and my husband while we were ordering. Once we received our food, it was very disappointing. The food was extremely dry, and the protein was overcooked to the point that it actually broke my fork. Unfortunately, I later became sick after eating here, which made the experience even worse. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Usually Panda is a win. This particular experience. The food wasn’t great, it almost seemed old. I don’t know if we just happened to be coming at a transition time or a slow day.

We didn’t even keep our leftovers.

Still give a 4 because there could have been other circumstances. Service was great as usual.

Food is super inconsistent one day it could taste good the next your orange chicken or rice is tasting like metal with a texture of a rubber tire. Recently i had to cancel a delivery order which never left the store and/or was not even made yet, but they accepted my cancelation and charged me anyway. I Tried to reach out 4 times after that and the phone wasn’t answered even once (I even waited a few minutes in-between in case they were busy). This poor service and quality is only this location too, other locations like the one on hunt are great would recommend you go or order from there instead of this low effort place

Ordered in the drive thru, and when we opened our food, it looked as if they forgot to give me two sides of orange chicken, and only about half the noodles. Called and said it looks like they shorted me and I was told that was the appropriate amount of food. Looks to me like they may need smaller containers if they are going to only fill it halfway up.

Panda Express has fallen. It used to be quite great for fast food, but somehow, the incompetence of the workers just makes it unbearable. How does someone manage to forget the main entree of my food?

I highly encourage any would be customer to go somewhere else.

The male manager today 8.9.25 5:00pm is outstanding. I came in heated with a mistake in order and i appreciate how calm and great he was. Great customer service with an upset customer.
