Tonight’s dinner choice Panda Express.
Decided to get the pepper chicken, a double dose & chicken with green beans. Could not exclude the chicken eggroll, which was delicious. When it comes to getting moderately priced Americanized Chinese food you just can’t go wrong.

I had such a great experience during my recent visit to Panda Express Thunderbird branch, thanks to Korinne her name attached to her uniform. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment I walked in. She greeted me with a genuine smile, helped me decide on my meal, and made sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it.
It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, but she truly did. Her positive attitude and kindness made my day. The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and her service made the whole experience even better.

Tasty Food, Great Service, But Watch Those Portions and Prices
Panda Express offers delicious dishes and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the portion sizes compared to the prices. It felt like I wasn’t getting enough for what I paid.
Also, getting basic necessities like napkins and sauces was surprisingly difficult. It almost felt like they were trying to charge extra for those.
Overall, it’s a mixed bag. If you have a bigger budget or don’t mind smaller portions, you might still enjoy it for the flavors and service.

It was pretty good, not fresh fresh but ok. For 2 of the smallest items with 2 drinks it was $25.00, which is excessive. I could make what we had for 1/4 of the price. It tasted good though.

The ladies behind counter were very focused on themselves. I got snapped at for asking to try the hot orange chicken before i buy. Her response was nasty. Her tone very unpleasant. No we don’t do samples. I wanted out of their so fast. I will not return. And its right by my work. Their loss. Get better help. Train them to treat people better. Instead of how she spoke to me. She could have just said no mam we aren’t allowed to do samples at this time I am sorry. Very pleasant and not rude. I felt attacked. I almost want to walk in and get a refund for their absolute rude attitude. By the way when someone is rude to the customers, they limit the amount spent. Poor atmosphere. No need to spend anymore.

I’ve been here many times too we usually take out. They’re very accommodating they cut the food the way you like it and the teriyaki chicken is really good and so is all their other dishes but I find the staff extremely helpful at this location

They gave me a pretty small portion of food which i wasn’t really bothered by but i Bought 2 sides of cheese ragoons and they were ALL OLD and had no cheese whatsoever. I wasnt able to eat them because of how hard they were and there was no cheese inside ANY of them. What am i gonna do with a cheese ragoon with no cheese ?

This is just what is worth sharing from Panda Express. I hadn’t been there i a couple of years because the food even when fresh is just not good. Had to pick chinese food up for a meeting and this was convenient. The orange chicken should not even be called chicken as all it is mainly is breading. The Steak and Shrimp on the left of the picture lacks both steak and shrimp. Lots of potatoes and veggies as fillers. Staff is very nice, place is clean with new menu items but the food quality is freezer section food.
