I ordered food online and did not get what I paid for or everything I ordered. The service is so poor I was unable to get assistance with my complaint. I paid for two meat and got one and got it like this, as if someone tampered with my food. I find it hard to believe that this was how it was sent. I had to throw it away. I am getting annoyed with buying food online.

I ordered a protein plate and the young lady asked for more veggies, once they charged me for it, I was waiting for the veggies to be ready, little that I know. She didn’t make more, she gave me the little cabbage that was left on the bowl. I come here often guys, it’s not fair you guys do this to customers that come and consume a lot from you. Just because you guys didn’t want to make more veggies. Disappointed of you guys behavior.

They’re usually half out of everything in the last couple of times the chicken has been undercooked. While the service is nice enough It just sucks when you go in and you have to sit and wait for them to fill stuff because they don’t have anything. Also, they’re starting to skimp when it comes to getting to go orders.

The parking lot spelled like a septic tank but decided to try it anyway. Noone was preparing fresh food. The employees were standing around. I asked them were they preparing anything fresh, the guy in the black shirt with the glasses said they would. The beef and broccoli was dry and and almost empty so I asked for beef and broccoli to be cooked well done he said they could not do it and if I did not like it I could leave. I told him I would and would be posting a review. He followed me out of thr store hollered across the parking lot at me and snapped a picture of me. That is why I will be calling owners. Very unprofessional.

Look at my review history. I barely do this. This was the worst panda I’ve ever been to. They barely had any of the food items ready and then said not to worry because they would whip it up quickly. We should not have let them do that because everything was very undercooked. It was a complete waste of $35. Three meals in the trash. One with undercooked meat, one essentially inedible, and the third was so old that the chicken was dry in the center. We should have known better. The place was empty at lunch time.

Bad food. Hot inside. Girl behind the counter attempted to be nice but the cook eye balling me like the tuff guy I sure he is and I’m super scared. 9 times out of 10 food is not fit to eat going out and we get sick off it

The Chow Mein was sitting for awhile, while this is acceptable, it was cold with no flavor. The Orange Chicken was cold with no flavor. Our terakyi sauce had a large coauglated piece in it. The cashier was going to over charge me until I corrected her. The soda was stale with no carbonination, we tried both Mountain Dew and Pepsi. We won’t be back. Update: And several hours later I have food posioning. This location deserves 0 stars.
