This place is run by teenagers who seem to be a bit distracted. It felt like they were more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to customers. I hope they can improve their service in the future, but I may consider exploring other options next time.

My husband and I really enjoyed their food. Their honey walnut shrimp was to die for, as well as their orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Their spicy sauce was super spicy and overpowering, so tread carefully.
For the size and quality of the dish, the price was good.
The staff were very busy because they were understaffed the day we went, but they were still very friendly and even worked together very well. We really enjoyed watching the food be made fresh behind the serving counter in the woks.
We also enjoyed learning more about Panda on the monitor in the eating area.

Really busy with the line out the door. Everything looked good, but the Black Pepper Seloin Steak was skinned over like it had been there a while. It was a bit of a turn off.
The spring rolls and the Kung Pao Chicken were good.
It was nice to eat out on the patio.

They accidentally gave us 2 egg rolls instead of 2 chicken thighs. When we asked them to make it right, they wanted to do a return and then have us but the thighs. It was a dollar difference. Should have just given us the thighs to fix your mistake. It was super busy, so we just kept the egg rolls and they were disgusting. We only ate one. So thanks for nothing. Bad customer service.

I don’t know if it’s great timing but everytime I go, the food is fresh and hot.
The staff is always king and quick even during the lunch/dinner rush
They have a lot of parking as it’s surrounded by other business. They have quite a bit of tables inside and outside if you wanted to dine in.

Went in the afternoon of a busy Saturday. Line moved reasonably. The orange chicken, fried rice and chow mein was tasty as usual. My daughter had the shrimp and white rice and had no complaints. The restaurant was very clean, as were the tables. There is seating inside and on the patio. They seemed to also be preparing to go orders at the same time which slowed things down a bit. All in all it was a good experience.

Waited for a while due to others ordering items they couldn’t make fast enough. Once they took our order things picked up in the line and we got through it. Tiny packet of hot mustard and sweet and sour were not my favorite. Especially since they only would give you two at a time. Restrooms were the mall restrooms down and around the corner. They needed an update. Rough. The chow main was good the Brooklyn and beef was good. My overall rating was good.

Great food, service and atmosphere.
Bit behind on my online food order but everything else was great.
Parking in the general strip parking lot. Very busy parking lot.
Bathroom is available for use but not inside the restaurant. Ask an employee for directions.

Been waiting 45 minutes because they are only fill online orders. Everybody is waiting in line and every once in a while and order can be placed when there is food available. Love panda. Wish I could give less than 1 star to this location

We went to this location tonight and we were not impressed. Aside from the entry way being dirty and the trash overflowing, the customer service was awful. Kim was the one getting our food, I ordered teriyaki chicken and there was not even a full one in the pan. (See the photo) She asked if that was okay and I asked for a fresh one. She said it would be a twenty minute wait because : “that’s how long it takes to cook raw chicken.” Not a fan of the snarky attitude. The ice machine was also empty so our drinks (that we paid $5 for) were warm. And the cherry on top, they didn’t give us forks in the bag. Not coming back.
