We went in at 10pm when they close at 1030pm the employees were awesome. It was pretty busy however River the kid that took our order was so friendly and patient and management was wonderful. Thank you for making it a wonderful experience after a long day at the softball fields.

Started my experience with small portions. I was thrown off by how much smaller the portions looked than usual. I didn’t think much of it but when I opened my cream cheese rangoons and it didn’t have any cream cheese in it, I was really thrown off! I ordered a watermelon mango drink and they had them already in the cup by the register in 1 inch of ice water so my drink is nice and basically room temp :(. I typically have a good experience at Panda Express but this location let me down.

I cannot say enough goodness about this location! I wish you could train other restaurants to meet your guy’s standards! As others have stated, this location has become VERY stingy. I ordered a bowl with white rice and the sirloin, for which I am already charged extra for. The bowl was 99% white rice and 6 small bites of sirloin. I was told that is the “normal” portions… No…. I didn’t buy a $10 bowl of white rice.
Additionally, why did PE decide to change the Chow Mein to cheap ramen noodles….with cheap chicken bullion on it…. Yuck…
I can’t wait until this location loses enough business, due to poor business practices, that the owners are forced to sell…. Hopefully the new owners will understand how to run a restaurant….

We were just there for a day staying at the best hotel Best Western Abbey Inn and my son wanted Panda Express for dinner. Googled it and saw this location. It looked new and clean. Location from hotel was close. It was clean and the food service was great. Everyone was nice. Food was good. Recommend if you’re in the area! .

Employee grabbing vegetables to be steamed/boiled and wontons to be fried with his bare hands. Told the employee taking my order and she didn’t say anything or appear to care in any way. Hopefully anything from the employees bare hands would die in the heat. But so gross. Wear gloves.

This is our local panda express my family, and I frequent it on a regular basis and the staff is friendly very knowledgeable and the food options are good. The area in and around the food is clean and the overall condition of the proper is great.

A dreadful experience this time. We popped in for food. The selection was poor at 7:30 at night.. Ordered 2 bigger meals. The cashier charged me for four. When I questioned it, she realized the error and said I had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to return. Ridiculous. No apology. No attempt to take responsibility. I was actually asked to step aside so they could deal with the next customer.
All of the meats were dried out. The vegetables undercooked. But what really ticks me off is the lack of an apology.

From my youthful days, I have been an ardent admirer of Panda Express. The savory, caloric concoction of salt, sugar, and seed oil has ever been a source of delight. However, I must express my profound disappointment with my most recent visit, chiefly due to the diminished portion sizes. It is most uncharacteristic of Panda Express to exhibit parsimony. Should the fault lie with the matronly lady who dispensed my fare, or ought I direct my ire towards the machinations of corporate America?

The place was good, the manager was nice and would talk and respond kindly, but the portions where very small just what fit in the scoop and that was it and, we waited 3min for the mushroom chicken and once we got it the mushroom was still raw and the sauce was still thick, it was not cooked thoughly. When we got close to mention the issue we clearly heard one of the employees say “what did they not like now” saying it to the manager, that clearly tells me that people do complain of issues that occur. We told them the issue and the shef claim that before Panda Express would boil their vegetables and then toss them in, but they no longer do that and they just grill them with the sauce and their ready, which I recall they have never boiled their vegetables, and that it was correctly cooked, if a the sauce is thick and vegetables is still really crunchy it’s not cooked at all.
