Waited in line maybe 20 minutes just to find out they’re rationing chicken. I paid for a bowl of 95% rice. Don’t come here if your hungry

My chicken was pink and under cooked. When I notified a food service worker they picked out a single piece of chicken and replace it. There was still more under cooked chicken in my food. I used to eat here a couple times a week and now I am very grossed out.

The fried rice is alright. I like the kung pao chicken. The teriyaki chicken is okay as well.

I ordered a plate with Angus beef and teriyaki chicken with ever green. The portion of the chicken and the beef have such a big difference. They said they didn’t have Angus beef in a moment and asked me if I can wait, I say how long and they said 5 minutes. Then I waited for about 9 minutes. ……….
Anyway, I’m ok waiting but the amount of Angus beef is super small,

the beef amount is about 1/5 of the chicken. What the hell was that. I was super disappointed about the amount after paying extra 1.5 for the beef. Also the beef includes peppers which has much more portion than the beef. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

This Panda Express location is really popular and busy. Be prepared to wait in line. This speaks positively to the food. I find that this location has food that is fresh and always hot. There is a smaller selection of entrees at this location, but I think this makes sense because it’s on campus and doesn’t keep working hours consistent with all other locations.

I do wish that they were able to take Panda Express gift cards. Something about the billing program on campus. This should be remedied. Then parents would be able to buy their kids gift cards that they could use throughout the year.

This location has been going downhill and a new manager should takeover. They will not respect the line nor the sequence in which order are made. They can also condescending and mistreat you, very likely based on your ethnicity.

I came in today and was the only one there placed an order. They told me to wait for the Chow Mein, and I gladly did. people started following and many ordered chow mein and had to wait as well. There were about 7 or 8 people behind me. 15 mins later, when the chow mein was ready, they started filling out the orders and to my surprise they were filling them in reverse sequence! Each order was taking an extra couple of minutes between the time they fill it, call out the person, etc… etc…

I was very surprised, and i came up to speak to the guy running the queue and told him that “he expects us to wait in line and that he should respect the sequence in which orders are placed” and he shrugged it off and the other guy said “oh they all get out of order” and they all laughed. He then offered the usual fake “i am so sorry”.

You shouldn’t take people time lightly, and I arrived early on purpose because I need to get back in time. It seems that this manager is not fit to run this place, in what world are orders fulfilled in reverse sequence? Perhaps it was just my arab ethnicity that threw them off…

To the Panda express leadership: at the University of Utah, we respect the law and we wait in line and believe in respecting people of all backgrounds. You should learn to do the same.

This location is always busy and seems to be the last place open at the U, which is nice when wanting something to eat last minute. The service is quick, with exception to people who don’t know what they want to order, especially when coming in during the rush for lunch which can hold up the wait time a little but, it still goes relatively quick.Other than that, I have always had a really good experience and food. I also enjoy that the workers are friendly and have a positive attitude.

Food is good but not cooked quickly enough so it’s often not available when you want it. Brown rice is only available on occasion, and service is so slow the line backs up to the door and is about a 20 minute wait during eating hours. Today, after a 25 minute wait in the line, I come to find out that 6 out of the 9 entrees they serve are out and I’m forced to get something I don’t like. LEARN TO HUSTLE.
