This is my husband’s all-time favorite fast food. He could probably eat here every single day and still be thrilled. For me? It’s… fine. That said, I’ve recently been watching my carb intake, and the option to order a small entrée of just teriyaki chicken is actually pretty great. Even better: my husband orders the regular plate, I order the small entrée, and they charge us for the bigger plate—saving us about $4. Love that for us.
I know the super greens are an option, but those veggies and I are not close friends. Maybe one day I’ll appreciate cabbage more than I do now, but today is not that day.
The kids’ meals are also a win. You get a generous amount of food and a small drink. My 4-year-old doesn’t drink soda yet, which means it becomes my sweet little bonus treat.

Every single time I order teriyaki chicken, the teriyaki sauce is missing. The first time, fine — mistakes happen. The second time, I had to ask. But now it’s every time. That’s ridiculous. Why do customers have to remind employees to include the sauce that literally comes with the dish? Teriyaki chicken without teriyaki sauce is just dry chicken. If you forget to ask for the sauce (which you shouldn’t have to), you’re guaranteed to be disappointed. We shouldn’t have to double-check or beg for teriyaki sauce when ordering teriyaki chicken. Once in a while is understandable — all the time is unacceptable. This has become frustrating and honestly makes me not want to order this item anymore.

Ate here with a couple friends at about 7:30pm on a weeknight. The lobby only had a couple other patrons. The food was prepared as expected and the staff was friendly and made sure they had everything correct. The lobby was clean except for one table. Would eat here again.

I place a large catering order to be picked up at 630pm i went in as soon as they opened to vwrify they had order and was correct. Mgr told me it would be ready by 630 it was and at that time they were swamped. Manager look up saw me recognize me and let me know.My order was ready and he would be with me shortly very well done.

Worst panda I’ve been to. They made so many mistakes with my orders. I just got home and opened my food they didn’t get my spring rolls, I also ordered fried rice but gave me white rice, I also ordered lemonade and the lemonade tasted like water. The portion of the food is so small but the price is high. This is not the first time that have happened to me.

I recently visited Panda Express and had a fantastic experience! I ordered the cream cheese rangoon, sweet fire chicken, honey walnut shrimp, white rice, and chow mein. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. The highlight of my visit was the excellent customer service. The employee who assisted me was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I had questions about the new fresh fruit drinks. They explained that I could get refills from the machine and even took the time to walk around the store, ensuring I had enough sauces. Their attentiveness made my visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you to the fantastic employee: Kylee. She was so helpful!

Even though this is a relatively newer location, they’ve already stopped caring. When they first opened it was great. This last visit the chow me in has way to much cabbage and vegetables. They really skimped on portion sizes. My sweet Fire chicken had lots more pineapple than chicken. We bought a kids meal and even though the menu board said they get a cookie, they gave us apple crisps. When we went up to exchange it, they said cookie is not an option. Also on further inspection of the receipt, we realized they upcharged us for one of the entrees even though we didn’t get any of the upcharge items. Even though they had 8+ employees in the back and a table full of management in the lobby, service was slow and we had to wait for food to cook, and the restaurant was not busy. Also in my experience, they are pretty bad with their drive thru and order ahead. Prepare for a longer than anticipated wait and check to make sure you have all your food and it’s correct.
