While the food is not bad. It’s their treatment to a certain kind of customers of color is a concern to me.
1. They took 40 mins to serve the online order.
2. I was asked last 4 digits of my phone no. How would someone else know the name, if s/he hasn’t put the order? I didn’t see they ask verification from others.
3. I got notification on my phone that food is ready. But, it wasn’t it wasn’t until 10 minutes later, after me enquiring they prepared my order.
Not a good experience I must say.

They will charge you for food and fail to give it to you. And there is no way to call them, they only accept feedback through their online portal. Double check all your food before you leave!!!

If only I could give zero stars I definitely would because of the horrible customer service I received from the rude old Asian lady that was cashier Nov 9th around 12:15pm. I don’t know if she hates her job or just needs to retire, but she is extremely rude & unprofessional. Instead of asking my sister if she wanted to round her total up to the nearest dollar for a donation to charity, she confusingly asked “I’m going to charge you X amount, is that okay?” without telling my sister she was rounding her total up. I watched her do this to a few other customers. Very sus I had to wait a little longer for my plate because one item wasn’t ready yet. I was cool about it, but I asked the old lady 3 times if I could just pay for my plate and get a drink so that I could go sit down & wait (my toddler was getting upset standing in line for so long & was really thirsty) and the old lady deliberately ignored & bypassed me to serve customers who were behind me in line instead. I was not happy & decided to take my money to Osaka Japan instead. Got my food faster & was treated better.

We went here thinking we were gunna be able to enjoy out food. When we were ordering they barely put any food in my bowl. The workers were very rude and as you can see smashed our cup. They weren’t giving us anything without us having to ask multiple times. They didn’t us a bag or straws or forks. The workers were very rude and I hope they can fix this problem because it was unacceptable.

Chicken was dry, I couldn’t even stab a fork though it. The rice was also chewy. Worst Panda Express I have ever had. Server was also extremely distant, bearably even acknowledged me.

Will not be coming here again. They barely give you any chicken and to get a medium extra chicken, is $8. Both ladies that helped me were rude. The one that put my food together keeps cutting me off before I can finish saying what I want. The lady on the register is also very rude. I don’t understand why jobs let rude people like these do or continue to do customer service jobs or serving. Anyway, will not be coming back here. I would give a zero if I could. SMH and now I found bug and hair in my food.

I hate to leave a bad review for Panda Express, but the food I was given today was disappointing enough that I was drawn to write this. I ordered two identical plates with chow mein, beijing beef, and orange chicken. To start, the portions were significantly smaller than is typical of Panda. The bigger issue however, was that all of my food was cold and tasted old. I ordered my food around 11:30, so there is no reason for everything to taste as though it had been out for multiple hours. In addition to that, my noodles had multiple large burnt bits that looked as though they had been stuck to the bottom of the pan for hours.
The staff seemed fine, but it’s really upsetting to see food I typically enjoy served like that. I don’t plan to visit this Panda location again unfortunately.

The food like always, actually can’t complain too much. The service was really slow for a Sunday Lunch Time, you can’t put just 2 servers on a busy day (I guess so) and your cashier a old lady who can’t run with the deliveries and the food court orders, I’m giving 3 stars overall and I’m being grateful

Been to this location a couple times as my kids enjoy Panda Express. The last 3 times we’ve been there, there has been an older Asian woman at the register. She hates her job, and everyone around her. She doesn’t greet you, doesn’t smile, barely looks at you and you can’t understand anything she says. She will automatically round up your total, not asking, and tell you how much you will pay extra for a “donation”. She doesn’t let you say no, like what?? She also tosses everyone’s bowls/containers roughly and is really rude if you’re missing something or question anything. She needs to retire or something asap. Also, the fried rice was way overcooked and the chicken was dry and super hard to chew. We won’t be back to this location. Bummer because it’s usually one of the most popular places to eat at the mall.
