I have received bad service here on a few occasions. This is an example of how little meat and noodles are actually given out. Most of what you get is cabbage and the filler fruit/ veggies rather than what you order.

I ordered a la cart Medium chow mein and orange chicken- what I got was two small boxes or greasy chicken and cabbage! So horrible! $15 worth of crappy food- don’t go here! I need to find a better Chinese restaurant but in Utah it’s so hard

the food here has changed. The chow mein noodles are lower quality than before. they are skinny and lacking any kind of texture. they remind me of cheap cup noodles. It also had multiple big slices of cabbage stem. not an enjoyable eating experience. I also ordered orange chicken and mushroom chicken which are two I frequently order. in both cases the texture of the chicken was more “slimy” (subjective opinion) and the orange chicken had very little batter. in the case of the mushroom chicken it almost tasted under cooked. not sure if it actually was or if this was a different cooking style. but panda express has been fairly consistent for the 30 plus years I have been eating it. and this experience was a huge variation . I did not enjoy the eating experience

Extremely small portions! I honestly feel cheated whenever I order food from here. The other locations have considerably large portions, but it’s as though the owner of this particular location has restricted the employees from serving the right portions. Also, the quality and taste of this place is highly inconsistent.

I just went here for the first time in years and got a Bigger Plate with 3x Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. The chicken was rubbery and didn’t taste great, there was a piece of cartilage in it and the chow mein was low on flavor and overcooked to the point of being soft. Also, while eating I bit off the tips of two of the tines of the plastic fork they gave me, which is NOT a common occurrence for me. The entire experience reeked of cheapness. Next time I’ll go to Mo Bettah’s or Chipotle or something.

Speaking of Mo Bettah’s, you can get roughly similar amounts of protein and calories at Panda Express — by getting a “Bigger Plate” — and Mo Bettah’s — by getting a Regular Plate, where it’s $11.50 (pre-tax) at Panda Express and $13.99 at Mo Bettah’s, meaning Panda Express costs roughly 82% what Mo Bettah’s costs. Is it 82% the quality? If you’ve eaten at both of these places then you’ll likely agree that Panda Express is NOT EVEN CLOSE to 82% the quality of Mo Bettah’s. (A third of the quality, maybe?) So, Panda Express, unless you’re willing to charge $13.99 / 3 = $4.37 for this food, then you’re getting beaten by the industry and should probably stop. You’re just filling valuable retail space, at this point.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Panda Express. The food quality was shockingly poor across the board.

The noodles were the worst I’ve ever had – dry and completely flavorless. Even instant cup noodles from the store are far superior. The rice was also dry and unappetizing.

The sweet and sour chicken was hard and dry, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. The shrimp had an unpleasant, rubbery texture that made it nearly inedible.

To make matters worse, the portion sizes were noticeably small. The overall value for money was terrible.

I’m left wondering what happened to this place. The quality has taken a dramatic nosedive. I can’t recommend this Panda Express location to anyone looking for a satisfying meal.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Jonathan (AKA Mr. Beautiful Smile) and who ever was on the cook team to help me get fresh green bean chicken. Y’all were the highlight and smile of the day!

I have been to this location many times and I will no longer go there. Its the same issue other and over again. The food taste plain, like the lack of flavor in the Chow Mein is like their struggling and need to save the sauce and seasonings. The Broccoli Beef was the same lack of flavor. I’ve given this location to many chances. The location in Jordan Landing or near 78 and 54 is better. The store was nice and clean and staff was kind. But the most important wasnt great.
