Everytime we order I request sweet n sour and we never get it. Order 4 plates get 3 soy and 3 utensils. Today I ordered 3 chicken entree and got a piece of shrimp and a piece of beef mixed in the chicken. I would rather drive to West Valley and pick it up than order delivery from here.

The past few times I’ve visited this location, the super greens have been awful. Very clearly not fresh, cabbage is BROWN, broccoli is yellow and brown and barely cooked and incredibly salty. This is not an experience I’m used to having here, but I will be driving to a farther away location next time with the hopes that their quality is better.

Love Magna Panda! Very busy as a new location, but had great, friendly service! Excellent dining room with lots of seating. Food was good, but not great. Seems like they aren’t putting enough sauce on their entrees. Had the new Chili Crisp Shrimp. Wonderful “crisp” on the shrimp, but couldn’t tell it was “chili”. Orange chicken was good. Worth a return visit for Panda-style Chinese food.

After a previous positive review I’ve had to change it to a 1*. I was in the drive thru at 10am and told my order would take 15-20 mins since they just opened. At 35 minutes I went in and they said it would be another 5 mins. I asked for my money back which I paid in cash and they said I can’t get a refund because no management is in store to approve. So I waited 40 mins for my order. Totally unacceptable, an actual Chinese restaurant would have made my order faster.

I made an online order around 4:12, I went in at 4:40 thinking it’s enough time for one big plate. Turns out I was wrong and it then took til 5 to get my one order. There was three people up front and only one, who’s a champ, that was working and not just talking. Everytime they started my order , as I sat and watched , they would stop it to do another person’s order.
