Placed a mobile app order of:
1.Orange Chicken/Chow Mein/Veggies
2. Honey Walnut Shrimp & fried rice
3. Teriyaki Chx & veggies
&
4. Medium Chow Mein a la carte

Ive noticed that the portions change in size quite a bit when you order in person vs if you make a mobile order or drive through order. SO ALWAYS ORDER IN PERSON.

Here’s my experience,

Chow mein a la carte was pretty dry, unfortunately.

Shrimp & fried rice bowl was mainly fried rice & 5 small shrimps. Serving Size for shrimp is roughly 10-12 MEDIUM shrimp or 5-7 LARGE shrimps.
Honey walnut shrimp being the main dish should of had 6oz-8oz (raw) per person. I got what seemed like an appetizer serving Size. Smaller shrimp means more shrimp per serving & larger shrimp is less per serving. Panda expresses batter covers up the small shrimps so they seem medium.

Orange chicken bowl with 1/2 veggies & 1/2 Chow mein was almost good but they definitely skipped out on the sides of veggies & Chow mein. I added photos of when I removed the orange chicken from the top of it & 1 photo of when I separated the chow mein from the veggies.

Teriyaki chicken & veggie bowl was as expected. I only expect about 4oz of chicken Breast with plenty of veggies.

This is the 1st time ive experienced this at this location as well as my 1st time ordering via mobile for this location. Sucks cuz I drove 25min from Broadway & W Richmond street to Glenwood & Strawberry just because I knew ive had good experiences in the past. When I arrived I think i had beat the rush. There were 2-3 employees in the kitchen & 3-4 standing at a table by the fountain machine discussing “training all of them at once” so they must of not been busy, hadn’t clocked in, taking a break, etc.

Definitely a disappointed mobile order experience today.

Do not get Broccoli Beef if you want any beef. My order had 3 small pieces of beef. All the rest of it was broccoli. Not good Panda Express. Will not be going back!

We just went through the drive through for two bowls. A bowl is one entree item and one side. I ordered steamed rice and broccoli beef, and my wife got sesame chicken and chow mein. We just got home and I see that I got five pieces of broccoli and about eight small pieces of beef with lots of steamed rice. My wife’s was a little better when it came to her sesame chicken but it was still a small serving. Twenty dollars for super skimpy servings. A COMPLETE RIP OFF! People think that they’re making more money by taking advantage of customers but since we will never go back, it will cost them our business over the long-term, which would have made them much more money than what they stole from us tonight. Further, the food wasn’t very good. The picture shows what I got in my bowl.

I ordered a kids meal for my granddaughter – Orange chicken & chow mein. The chicken was so spicy she couldn’t eat it. I tried calling the store several times – it rings and provides a recording informing me about their rewards program, then rang with out answer and disconnected. Looking at their menu, they now have a SPICY Orange Chicken.

We enjoy always fresh food at Panda Express 2x a month. Portions are good except when your paying the premiums for their Shanghai steak, cashew shrimp etc, you kinda expect them to fill the tiny portion containers (which they normally do). Not tonight, so they lost a star today.

They refused to make a DoorDash online delivery order even though I showed them my phone and it was the right location all because it didn’t show up in their system. I talked to my customer about it and it has happened before 3 times to this individuals and to put the cherry on top the customer lost all of his coupons that he used. I get there are rules but when I show them the order and you refuse to make it it’s a bad look for the business and you guys made a customer lose money. And I used to be a manager in the food industry and if I was in charge this would not be allowed.

I met a good friend for lunch. I had a bowl with chow mein noodles and Black Pepper Chicken. All was fresh and hot. If you want low carbs like my friend you can get vegetables instead of the rice or noodles. Great experience.

We ordered through GrubHub. One of our plates was missing and no utensils were included. It was extremely frustrating to be one meal short when everyone is hungry and we were in a place with no utensils so the ones that got their food had to eat with their fingers.
