I got a bowl of hunny walnut shrimp and I’m aware it cost more for this entree. I got 7 pieces, and it was old shrimp not fresh… I paid and went out to my car to come back in and let them know that I was just simply disappointed. I googled the portion size and it says 7-10. I mentioned that, he responded with no. 7. Not good service at all. And I don’t recommend this panda express… If I could leave no stars I would.

Well, for starters, I love some panda, and about 80 percent of the time, it’s really good . However, the last 2 times I have ordered, it has been short food and / or under cooked. So this time I took photos . I het sometimes people have a bad day but really do better . Noodles are under done. Broccoli in my super greens RAW not to mention the spring rolls were severly undercooked as well . I was shorted food once again. What is going on at the Milwaukee location. Managers do better. Yes, I did delivery, and everything was sealed properly, so no tampering by driver. As you can see, the greens are not even half full, nor was the pepper chicken . The last time, I got a plate and had one piece of broccoli for my greens with 2 leaves of cabbage . Compared to the other boxes, those are full. I spent almost 50 bucks and got ripped off.

I can’t say enough about tonight’s experience at this Panda Express. Sure, it’s usually just your go-to spot for consistently good food—and they do a great job at that—but tonight was about so much more than the meal. The team went out of their way to make my daughter feel special and made the whole experience truly great. You could tell the managers leadership in place created an environment where the staff could really shine. Well done sir.

Disrespect does not go unnoticed. The staff here are rude. They make faces at customers and even laugh at them behind their backs. I will not support an establishment that makes fun of people who are simply trying to eat. Kindness is free and should be expected no matter where you are.

Quick and friendly service. My order was incorrect. My daughter ordered a bowl and I ordered a bigger plate. We both recieved plates.
They did bring me an extra side of teriyaki chicken, despite me saying it wasn’t a big deal. So, I did hit my macro nutrient goals at least. I think the lady taking our order was rushing because it was shortly before closing.
Panda Express is my go to choice for a quick meal. A side of super greens is very low carb (great option for diabetics and people on a ketogenic diet). Teriyaki chicken is VERY high on protein (3 orders of it is roughly 108 grams of protein and only 24 grams of carbs).

Went to the mall after Xmas to shop… we haven’t gotten out to boise much. We love Panda so we were hoping this would be good… and it was. Customer service was great and the portions were awesome! Fresh veges are sometimes a gamble but they were great! Thanks guys!
